We have ordered numerous times over the last few years & had excellent experience with the Comox Location (Take out only, as are all Panago locations).
We are very impressed as we love Pizza and have tried gourmet stand alone spots all over the Island, over our 11yrs here, especially in the Comox Valley. Also had many pizzas, including gourmet ones in downtown Toronto, we are pizza foodies.

The sauce & ingredients are exemplary, really stand out! High quality toppings that taste delish & very generous with amount on the gourmet pizzas, very impressed.
We ordered a few days ago (end of Sept 2025) after not ordering for a while due to cooking at home more + eating out on local patios during the summer.
The New York Deli & Mediterranean Veggie (we always request extra sauce for any pizza orders, regardless of restaurant) are both awesome 😎 & our personal faves! We haven't gotten around to trying the others yet, but they sound delish too.
We didn't care much for the 2 topping Pizzas we tried once, a special I think... ***The Gourmet Pizzas are the way to go & very fair price for the quality & delish factor! We love the Original Crust (amazing) & love how there is always lots of their extra delish pizza sauce (we request extra when ordering). Never disappoints, fantastic!

The website wouldn't work for ordering with cc or pay at the door. Went to pizza hut instead with zero issue. Ive had issues in the past ordering and them not having the order

It's a takeout place - what atmosphere do you expect? The online ordering system absolutely sucks. It knows I live in an apartment, if I put the apartment number in, it won't accept it, try to put it in elsewhere by taking it out and the entry boxes vanish. I tried ordering, and it kept adding paper bags, though I had not selected any. In the end I gave up. I went elsewhere. A big franchise company like this and they can't get their website organized? Even this form is useless - Nowhere does it say you need to give it an overall star rating, just the food, service and atmosphere choices are obvious. And there's no feedback to point you at what is missing. Doesn't give one much confidence about the food, though it's been good when I have gone before. Really disappointing!
