My best friend, Nelson, loves taking me here for a beer and a pretzel.

The beer is good, the people are friendly, the location is stylish and the patio is just great to soak in some of that last warm fall sun - yet another great craft beer place...

Great little spot with two outdoor patios. Good beer with a pretty decent selection, considering the size of the place. Limited menu but it does the job. The surf board charcuterie platter used to be very generous, but now it's about what you might expect. Also serves limited off sales plus non alc options for the DD.

This brewery has a great vibe inside and out, with a patio that has the best views in the Comox Valley. A hidden gem with arguably the best beer on Vancouver Island to boot.

Awesome place, great people and view. However arrive at 7:50pm with a group of 8 and was told last call for food was ten minutes ago. Disappointing; not all age groups eat at 6. Please cater to the younger crowd and don’t close your kitchen early.

Food selection is on the smaller side but all 3 of the dishes I tried were excellent. Beer selection is bountiful and has options for everyone.

The tacos were pretty good, recommend the cauliflower tempura and beef especially.

We had a surprise engagement party for our son and his finance at RAD. It was the perfect place to host this bd Chris and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Good and drinks were spot on. Thanks for making this day extra special.

We had two beers and a plate of wings ($2/wing), with the suggested tip (even though it is counter service) the total came to $38... yikes.

I go to a LOT of breweries and the prices here stood out in particular. I understand a pub downtown Victoria charging $9 a pint but at the brewery? Insane.

We went to ACE brewing the following day and the prices for both food and beer were much more reasonable.

I'll admit the beers were good, but the taste was soured by the price.

RAD has to be the best brew pub in town!
I recently had a work get together here and Chris and his crew made the whole process so effortless and fun! 🤩
From the frozen margaritas and margaritas toppers (mine and my husbands absolute faves 😉), the food, to karaoke 🎤- this place is our favourite watering hole in Comox.
Plus it’s also dog friendly!

Returned to Rad with family and enjoyed myself. The tacos I had were delicious and easily enough for this old guy. As usual Tyler's brewing was super. The beer and the tacos were a fine match. the place was packed! Thanks Rad.

Been to RAD many times, and always enjoyed myself there. Tyler brews great beer and I have had tacos and the charcuterie board on different occasions. All eating experiences have been great. The staff members are friendly and happy which makes for a great all round experience. I will return.

Good vibes, delicious beers

The beer needs work: not balanced, with some unpleasant aftertaste.
The non-meat food options for customers who don't wish to consume animal protein is designeds for young children: nachos (1/5 stars) and Mac & Cheese (2/5 stars). Please. This is 2025 not 1980.
For the sake of your customers and the good of the planet, become creative and give some better options.
We won't return until there is something better.
