Was at this subway today, the man who reviewed before me was extremely rude to the staff and threatened to fight my father and I when we told him to calm down. His family and him were terrible customers, do not take their review seriously. The staff here is great.

Subway has amazing sandwiches and was extremely excited to try there new foot long churo but wow was I disappointed the sugar was burnt as well as parts of the actual churo and the thing overall was very gummy like it was DISGUSTING ?
The Customer service was slipping terrible, my sub was drenched in sauce and the bathrooms were repulsive.

Why are all the chairs up at 7pm when there are tons of people in the store ? A family eating around a bunch of chairs up - 4 people in line ?? I’ve seen this multiple nights in row, walked by and didn’t go in as if the employees want to look closed.My sub was supposed to have garlic aioli, crispy onions- I added lettuce. I ordered it off the new menu. It had the wrong sauce , my boyfriend’s sub is drenched in sauce before he even opened it he knew - they also had no meat balls, ask what he wanted instead and gave him 2 meatballs anyway without even letting him talk. Now I’m hungry ?

We used to frequent this Subway in the past to the point where everyone on staff knew my daughter's sandwich. It had been a while so I certainly wasn't expecting that but I was honestly surprised how little personality the girl at the counter had today. My daughter was joking around with her and she looked at her like she had two heads. She almost snapped at me when I said to please make the sandwich like it is on the board. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day and is usually friendly but, as people with many years in customer service, we were perplexed by her manner. We really missed Mikey and Jacqui today! We will give it another chance, but with three more to choose from and those locations having staff with more personality, we may be going to another location in the future. I'm sure it's all the same to the owners but it was a disappointing return to this location for us.
