They have absolutely no system for seating people. We called in for a reservation and they said that they wouldn't take one for us, we just had to wait. So we waited... Group after group passed us by. Once and awhile someone would pop their head in and ask how many people our party was. I finally asked if they use a list or piece of paper to keep track, they don't. They just go by what fits in the moment. Restaurants have been around for as long as civilization has existed, and most of them have figured out how to seat people, this restaurant hasn't. We eventually left.

My forever favorites: Spicy Tuna Roll — the perfect kick. Burning Volcano — fireworks of flavor. Yakisoba Beef — comfort food with serious flair.
I've tried it for the very first time 2 days ago and I was surprised that how large the restaurant was inside. Friendly workers greeted me and got sat down pretty quickly.
The food was pretty good good flavor I wish they were a bit more generous with the meat as I got the bento box beef teriyaki and only got thin slices on top of a lot of vegetables. I ordered a mojito and there wasn't even mint in there, it was made with one of those pre-mixed bottles that you can get from stores.
Although the service was friendly I found it unattentive. I knew what I wanted after a minute of seeing the menu and I had to wait about 10 minutes before a waitress came to get my order even though I was looking directly at them as they were chatting and laughing amongst each other. As I left the cooks didn't say bye or anything which is fine I didn't really care but I found it weird how they did it for everyone else.
Perhaps if the service was more attentive and prompt it would get four stars but as of now it was an okay restaurant I may come back may not depending how convenient it is but I wouldn't go out my way for it.

Honestly it wasn’t the best experience. Came for dinner and it was very busy. We actually got seated pretty quick. Then waited a bit and got a drink order in. Then waited some more and got the food order in. Then we actually waited for almost a hour to get the food order. At one point the waitress asked how we were doing and we said we had no food to report on lol. People beside us had ordered just ahead of us and were finished and paying when we finally got food on the table. Wasn’t worth the wait. Rolls were just okay. Will be a while before I try it again.
