So glad we stopped by here on our way to the ferry home after spending a week at Kye Bay beach.
My wife ordered the Blackstone Benny with roasted tomato, double smoked bacon and basil aioli. As the pictures show it looked and tasted amazing! Our younger son ordered the Cafe Breakfast with 2 eggs, double smoked bacon, sausage patty, buttermilk biscuits and pan fried potatoes. Another hit!
Our older son had the Salmon Benny with dill cream cheese, lemony cake, fried capers and pickled onions. He can be a little picky but loved it! His friend had the Breakfast Sandwich with eggs, bacon, cheese, tomato, lettuce and basil garlic aioli. He devoured it!
Because I already had a fridge clean out breakfast at the cabin, I ordered a few sides with 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties and pan fried potatoes. It tasted so fresh and local and was delicious!
Their chocolate milk, orange juice and lattes were also very refreshing!
We’ll definitely come back here as the food is local, fresh, tasty and delicious!

Hands down (and I realize I say this a lot in my reviews but I really mean it) this locale exemplifies what a great breakfast experience is. I loved the coastal decor and friendly music choices first and foremost, but it was the service and the food that impressed the bajeesus out of me! I was lucky enough to head in bright and early, so didn’t have to wait in line. The waitress was super friendly (wish I caught her name because she deserves the recognition) and ensured I had everything I needed and coffee was topped up. Kudos to the chef - that human deserves a raise. The owner definitely knows how to run a cafe that serves AMAZINGLY delicious & beautifully presented dishes. I can’t wait to come back! ( I had the Chipotle Maple Bacon Benny with greens ) OH so good!

The food was fabulous! I give it 10 stars! I had the breakfast sandwich with baby potatoes and it was delicious. All the ingredients were fresh, flavourful, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The server was cheerful and attentive. The atmosphere is lovely. Quaint and cozy. I’ll definitely be back.
Had the Chipotle Maple Bacon Benny. It was delicious. The hollandaise was outstanding. Came with a small serving of potatoes that were ok.

I've eaten there several times and today was bad. I asked for firm cooked eggs and they were runny, the potatoes were cold, the sausage patty was extremely salty and for $22 I got a small buttered (which I didn't ask for) slice of bread. I barely sat down and the server rushed me into choosing a coffee. Probably will not be returning. It's getting harder and harder to find decent restaurants
