There was a wasp and I pointed it out to an employee and she smiled and killed it without fear or delay. I am terrified of wasps and found this unexpected display of courage to be inspirational. 11/10 service, Fiona deserves a raise!!

The best Tim's in the Comox Valley. The friendliest staff and they always give me a welcoming smile, especially in the drive through when people seem to be in more of a rush (for obvious reasons). I make a point to avoid the next closest Timmies because of how amazing the staff are here. Same ingredients, but the people who put it together make it more special.

Person taking the order at drive through early morning of Aug 27 was abrupt, did not listen and took my order down incorrectly, and was rude when called on it. The fellow at the window was great and very apologetic. Need more staff like him.

I was just served by Jerome and told him I thought it must be hard to be so excellent (like he:) with people always asking about Laurie‘s absence & Nancy‘s explaining it!
I told him emphatically of his excellence! I also make sure to tell him that the whole team there is fantastic and funtastic which is why it makes me so happy 2B a repeat loyal customer Don’t know their names proper spelling so hopefully got it either close or kerrect!
