It's my daily routine for coffee and a bagel. I usually go via the drive-thru and so know some of the staff by name. Rob and Issac are the usual suspects - they're so friendly and helpful.

There was a wasp and I pointed it out to an employee and she smiled and killed it without fear or delay. I am terrified of wasps and found this unexpected display of courage to be inspirational. 11/10 service, Fiona deserves a raise!!

The best Tim's in the Comox Valley. The friendliest staff and they always give me a welcoming smile, especially in the drive through when people seem to be in more of a rush (for obvious reasons). I make a point to avoid the next closest Timmies because of how amazing the staff are here. Same ingredients, but the people who put it together make it more special.
