Great icecream, they have lots of flavors and the service is fast, the lines are a bit big sometimes. They also have a outdoor area with seats and tables. And a bike rack right beside the place if your ever there on a bike.

The young guy at the counter wasn’t welcoming he made us feel like we were a problem there! Won’t be going back!

The glaxes are good for a fair price. The service can do better and it would be welcome to have a global display for the choice of tastes.

They do not give any samples which was disappointing, if I had known this in advance I likely would have passed. However they make you pay before selecting and no signage about this policy. The gelato was good, outdoor seating was quite nice.

Our icecream was very good. And the patio and shop are beautiful.

However, on the particular day we were there it was quite busy and the staff seemed overwhelmed and confused.

We had three different cashier's take over helping take our order mid order/payment processing. They made a mistake inputting one of our orders. The staff did fix it after the fact, so that was nice. But it felt very chaotic.

It was so crowded we couldn't see what gelato flavours were available prior to paying. The icecream flavours were all listed overhead but not the gelato. We asked if a particular gelato flavour was available and we're told yes. However, once we had paid and got to pick our flavours the gelato flavour we wanted wasn't actually available.

Anyways, just not a smooth experience overall and made getting icecream feel stressful when it should be fun.

We stopped in for an early evening scoop of ice cream. Fast and efficient service. Creamy ice cream.

The staff were very helpful as my nephew's come broke. They were quick to provide a cup before it spilled.

4 stars because of the Tiger ice cream, which is my favorite in the world. Pay for scoop or cup and then get your ticket. Use ticket to select ice cream.

Two small scoops of ice cream sitting on top of the cone. Once I finished the ice cream I had a whole empty cone left. Ice cream was very nice but not worth what I paid.

If you love ice cream, you have to go there. Huge selection, very tasty. Very expensive by German standards. But it's worth it. The balls are huge and delicious ?

As a dairy free individual I am always skeptical of ordering sorbetto, and usually disappointed, but this was not the case here! Wow. I got the chocolate and strawberry together and it was AMAZING.

Hands down the best gelato I have ever had! Great selection of ice creams, gelato, and sorbet to. If you're in Coombs this is a must visit location.
