Very cool and local place. The atmosphere was very homey and unique to a restaurant, almost like a grandparents house. Would definitely recommend if in the area.

Really cool spot where you can score some amazing cheese products. We stop by here whenever we are in the area. The Shepard Spread is an easy gift for any cheese lover to enjoy. They also have online ordering where you pre-order then pickup on a specified day.

Certainly worth a stop if you enjoy German cuisine. Service was very friendly, and cheese platter was excellent. My only suggestion would be some work on the outdoor patio :)

The spaetzle with mushroom sauce and the whipped Cheese Cake are my favourites! A must see stop on the way to tofino. They also have large windows to watch the Cheese making process from the restaurant seating.

What a wonderful cheesery and lunch cafe - hidden away in the Coombs area. The different cheeses are delicious tasting. I hope more people discover and visit this place.

I recently dined at BoMé Cheese Restaurant and would rate it 4 stars. The menu has a delightful German twist, offering a range of dishes that were good, though not extraordinary. The real standout was the cheese plate we shared after our main courses, featuring delicious, house-made cheeses that were definitely the highlight. The outdoor terrace provides a lovely atmosphere for dining, and the service was exceptionally friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

What a sweet gem! The building is so unassuming, but as soon as you walk in the door, you feel like you are transported back to Germany. I did not eat at the restaurant, but did purchase their cheese and a beer stein and a couple of other products. The cheese is unique and amazing and produced right there. Will definitely return for a meal. I only gave 4 stars as the outside of the building could be more welcoming.
