I’m giving this place 5 stars because they opened up early to make me a coffee and allowed me to use the bathroom.

After them making a double cone, I took a few steps from the counter and the ice cream fell off the cone. The only thing said was sorry, it happens. They never offered to replace it. The issue was they didn’t pack it properly and I paid full price for a waffle cone and a bit of ice cream. Won’t be back.

Compared to the regular-sized ice cream from that place—or from most other ice cream shops—their homemade gelato was quite small for $8 - Tiny. The flavor, however, was good. Both the mango coconut and chai were enjoyable. It would’ve been nice to sample the flavors before committing, but in the end, we were happy with what we chose.

Stopped in there and bought 2 muffins. Lady behind counter suggested heating them up. No wonder, they were super dry and the blueberry one had mould on the top of it. Will never eat there again.

What a disastrous choice of a place to eat. Food was awful and it took over an hour. The “washrooms” for the whole area was the most disgusting thing I’ve seen in a long time. There hasn’t been an effort to clean in years.

Stopped by for lunch on a rainy Saturday in November. It wasn't busy when we arrived and the service was prompt and friendly. The salmon burger and fries were excellent; it was wild caught salmon and was perfectly cooked. My friend had the burger and fries and that was also very good size portion and tasty. The island farms ice cream was very good as well and the scoops are really big. We also ordered americanos and they were excellent. Don't let the quirky statues and carvings deter you from stopping by for breakfast, lunch, coffee or ice cream.
Terrible service, they didn't seem to want to be there and ruined the experience. Ice cream portions are good and tasty, but I would not visit this store again. Perhaps the owners or servers should cheer up and recognize that the people who visit their store are the reason they have a business.
Also, strange sexual wooden carvings fill one side of the store... Odd.

I had a mixed experience at the store. The male staff absolutely deserves 5 stars—he was friendly, professional, and provided great service. Unfortunately, the female staff had the opposite approach. When she came to the counter, she started with an audible sigh, and when I thanked her for her service, she looked at me like she wasn’t sure why she was even there. It felt like she hated being at the store! Perhaps both are owners, but it sure seems like one of them isn't too fond of the place.
