I placed an order for delivery for a Sunday at noon as we were having company over. Did it online through the Hellcrust website and got an email saying there was an issue sending to Uber eats so to call the store, my credit card was charged. After 18 attempted calls in half hour, I went to the store as I wasn’t even sure if my order was coming. I was brushed off and told oh yeah we have an issue with our phone.
