I placed an order for delivery for a Sunday at noon as we were having company over. Did it online through the Hellcrust website and got an email saying there was an issue sending to Uber eats so to call the store, my credit card was charged. They refunded my delivery fee and tip but did not apologize for the unclear communication not seem to care at all that I wasn’t even sure my order would come. I asked them to upsize one of the pizzas for me as a courtesy but I feel like maybe they should have offered as a customer service good deed? Would absolutely not order here again solely based on customer service.

I have ordered pizza from your Guildford location three times now. Initially, I was introduced to your chain at your location in Burnaby. Both times I got food from Burnaby, The pizza was delicious and a great value. The first two times I ordered from your Guildford location. There was an apparent issue with your online ordering system, and the two people that were working there on the two different occasions were extremely understaffed, and therefore all the orders took an extra amount of time (online said 20 mins, actual was near an hour). Due to these situations when I placed an order today, I decided to call the restaurant directly and confirm pick up time. The lady working said that it wasn’t 20 minutes and that it would be about 30. We arrived about 20 mins after ordering, just in case. The pizza was already ready and sitting to the side. Our cheesy bread, was forgotten as per the person working there. We were offered a pop (not the same value), or a refund. The girl called a coworker and was told only a manager can do refunds. So the option was wait 10 mins while our pizza gets cold, or take a soda. I am now home, warming my luke-warm pizza, have garlic bread with no marinara, and am thoroughly disappointed by your Guildford location for a third time. This branch and your online ordering system needs serious help. It’s a sinking ship and it’s a shame because what your brand offers is good.
Adding for this google review (the message about was intended for a contact us post on your website)… I don’t know if I’m more disappointed in my order experience today or in trying to get a hold of you to discuss my order. Your social media doesn’t take messages and your online contact us doesn’t even have a submit button.

Food was awesome but the lady at customer service was not good replied in very rude way in front of other customers over there when asked for extra seasonings she said we don’t have chilli flakes and oregano!!!!! I didn’t not expect that you guys don’t carry seasonings
Great pizzas, definitely a smoked and crispy flavour in the ingredients and crust. Chicken cubes were very tasty and blended well with mushrooms and red onions. Staff was friendly and patient. What we found unacceptable was the place serving 2-litre sodas and didn’t offering any glasses whatsoever for clients eating there! Plastic, glass, nada. We had to drink the soda straight from the bottle, which was uncomfortable to say the least.
