James Island Grill Restaurant is a must-visit! The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the food is fantastic. Their hot dog is one of the best in town very tasty and perfectly topped. The staff made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to come back!

We’ve driven past for a year and a half, but always too early in the day. Today we stopped in and was told they open at 11:30, so we went and got ice cream and came back. Even though it was only 11:20, the ladies took my order with a smile. We looked around to take in the atmosphere, and listen to the great Caribbean type music. 🎶 O got the BBQ Mozzarella Mushroom burger which came with lattice fries, pickle and pepper slices, and a slice of watermelon! It was messy, but very delicious! Do yourself a favor when out in Coombs and stop by for a delicious meal served with a smile! Thanks ladies!! 😊🩷😊

We didn't plan for a full lunch in this area but found ourselves looking for a last minute spot. We're glad we happened upon this place because it was a good meal! The portion sizes are huge. The waffle fries are delish! And the service was great - the staff were very kind and attentive.
We got the mushroom Swiss burger and the Greek wrap and we both had extra food to take home!

Amazing food... Well worth the stop! Took my daughter there for her first time... Mentioned we were sharing it and when we got it they had divided it up and set on a plate for each of us... Marvelously messy delicious burger served with waffle fries! Our new go to pit stop on our travels up and down the Island!
