PoS terminals were down but the employees kept claiming it was my card. Neither my debit nor credit card worked. The customer before me had the same problem. Perhaps don't blame the customer when it's clearly your machines that are out of order.

The lady working the counter refused to sell me cigarettes because she claimed that my birth date on my id was scratched, I then told her its not, and she even acknowledged that the year she read was of legal year. She then proceeded to tell me that 711 policies require you to show 2 picture government issued id’s. I’ve never had this happen anywhere else, let alone hear such a thing until this interaction.

They could care less about your order. They put whatever into your skip order and don't check what you actually ordered! Atrocious customer service and attention to detail. Not the first time! I've learned and will NEVER order from them.

Sunday Oct 1st night staff: why would you sell completely melted ice cream to customers? If your freezer is broken and your ice cream pints are all melted do NOT sell them to customers. Your staff were selling completely melted ice cream through Uber Eats. If you would not sell them to customers in-person why sell VIA Uber eats? That's unacceptable and bad business practice. You need to mark them unavailable. And the staff tried to defend their actions saying it's what they do and insisted that I deliver the melted icecream to the customers ? Absolutely ridiculous.

Doesnt give bags to costumers walking to or from the store.Bags are saved for deliver only.Guy behind the counter was nice tho

There is a man that works there that's a bit heavy with a beard. 20's or 30's. He is so rude. Always. He is always talking to someone else when there a customer is paying. I've asked him where something was and he said we don't carry it. So I search an find it. He just doesn't care about anything thatat has to do with his job. I went there everyday but now I'm going to the other one two blocks away from now on.

Placed a grocery pick-up order at 10.30 am. They cancelled my order at 12.44 pm , no phone call to inquire if I was coming or stuck in traffic or what not..and told the HQ that it's the customer who cancelled the order. Not a good way to do business.

Needs to pay closer attention to the food they are selling .Seriously it’s sometimes necessary to throw things that are past their best before time away.The chicken and wedges were beyond that time and just horrid

I don’t believe they check expired items I got a cold drink and the taste was different when I checked the date I found it already expired. They put expired items available first. The Manager needs to watch out the products more often.
