Sujata is the name on my receipt. He took my order. He was lovely. Polite with a friendly smile, even as the ladies behind me were less than appealing. Straight and composed. My food came out in a timely manner and tasted good. Thr atmosphere is a mall so not much thry can do there, but within the eatery, my experience was lovely.

No drink refills at this A&W inside Coquitlam Centre—and no sign warning you either. I only found out after buying my drink. When I pointed out that other mall locations (like Pacific Centre) do offer refills, staff just said, “Different owner.” Feels misleading. A&W Canada should step in—this isn’t how you treat loyal customers.

This A&W in the Coquitlam food court is always fast and fresh. The staff are friendly and polite, and the service is great every time. I especially love the Chicken Burger — always hot and tasty. Very satisfied!

A&W is my favorite fast food restaurant, and I especially recommend the Coquitlam Centre location. The staff there are always patient and willing to assist customers, which I really appreciate.
