This A & W has got the worst service of all the A & Ws. You just stand there waiting and no one takes your order. The cashier is just laughing and talking with a co-worker right in front of you totally ignoring you. When she finally takes your order after her conversation, she gets it wrong and forgets your drink. When you ask for the drink you ordered, she ignores you again. You ask a second time and still she ignores you, and takes someone elses order. I will never come back here, unless they get new workers, Just the most terrible service, ever. There is something wrong with these people.

Free kids pack of Halloween trick !!! Supposed to have kids pack for free in Halloween, but there was not such an offer!!! Once we arrived there was a paper in window with hand writing of "We are Closed, no kids pack" !!! There was other families like us! Then they open but said ' no free kids pack ' terrible marketing strategy ...

I lived in Coquitlam for 20 years. A few days ago, I was driving by and saw 24 Hour Hour. I have been coming to A&W every day since Wednesday this week and organizing documents on my cell phone in the late and quiet hours. The staff were wonderfully friendly and made me feel like family. Today the three staff were the most wonderful and friendly. Aman, Suman, Simranveer. I hope that the business will prosper even more. Thanks a lot.
I would like to write a review for the second time today. I arrive at a quiet late hour and use my phone to organize paperwork and do homework. I spend my days comfortably doing my homework while drinking coffee and occasionally eating a hamburger meal. Karan, Arsh, Shirin are always very kind and treat me like family which I appreciate. In particular, Krn is fully qualified to become a supervisor. Thanks a lot.

Parking: The one handicapped spot is in the worst possible place. Adjacent to the drive thru, if there’s any lineup, it's very difficult to get out. They'd be better moving it a couple of spots north closer to the door.
Fries were cold . Burger patties were old. And 1 inche smaller than the bun. Spi chicken sandwich was gross. A& w just sucks. Especially the brown owned ones. Make that all fast food brown own is just garbage nowadays.
