Stopped off for lunch at this location for the first time during the work day- getting a little hangry lol- and was met with great service from Kashish and the team. And my food came out super quick! Hanger gone! ☺️

The manager at this location or the worker not sure if it was the manager that I spoke to when I got tot he restaurant but he was at the till. I reported someone doing drugs in the men’s bathroom stall and he said he can’t and will not do anything. Instead he proceeded to get mad at me for reporting it and just dismissed it as if it was nothing. Plus on top of that the food was cold and he was about to refuse to let me even use the one cup at this location. If this is the way it’s going to be here this restaurant needs to be closed down or have an investigation. I was about ready to call the police over to the a and w. This was on Christmas Day.

Complete joke of a location. “Drive-Thru Open 24/7” yet I waited 15–20 minutes at the speaker with ZERO response. Repeated hello’s, nothing. Drove to the window, staff were inside, still was ignored. The car behind me had the same experience wasting their time waiting for a response, and left too.

This place is chronically incompetent. Don’t pretend you’re open if you’re going to ignore customers. Avoid this A&W location at all costs and go to a different location where your time won’t be wasted. This isn’t even my first bad experience here, on multiple occasions, when I was lucky enough to be acknowledged by staff, there had been hair in my sandwich.
