It's the worst and tastes bad! And most of all is so sweet! it's expensive and there's no service!

The food was soso, and everything tastes too sweet for us.
It’s a bit overpriced.

Used to be a regular customer here. Came back today and found out it’s now all-you-can-eat. However, when we asked for a third round, the owner showed clear impatience and acted as if we were ordering too much. She kept repeating, “That’s it, right?” with a very unwilling and unfriendly attitude. Terrible service. Won’t be coming back.

I had ordered an order on uber eats which was accidentally cancelled and the place charged me, totally understandable if the food was already made. I called the restaurant and the lady was soooo rude and started raising her voice at me. I offered to pick up the food if it was already being made after the literal 2 minute cancellation and she said no and hung up the phone and ignored my calls. My boyfriend attempted to call and and started raising her voice and was so rude with him and hung up the call. We called uber eats and they said they couldn’t do anything as it’s up to the merchant…. But home girl wasn’t answering my calls and refused to let us pick up the “made order” after a 2 minute cancellation. Again! We totally understand if the foods made already but to raise your voice at a customer who is trying to offer solutions to the problem is completely unjust.

It's a BBQ place, so themain action is on BBQ. Of course, there are other choices to the meal and mostly spicey as its a northern China taste. The BBQ is better tasting than what you might get ordering from UberEats. If you're not a meat lover, these deals may not be as rewarding for you.

Don't get me wrong the food is aight, but their manager makes their waitress ask for tips if you don't give them any. Embarrassing. Tips are optional not mandatory in Canada.

An absolute gem for Chinese BBQ lovers!

Banshan BBQ offers one of the best all-you-can-eat experiences I’ve had in a long time. The food was incredible — flavorful, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Every dish came out looking amazing, and the portions were so generous it felt like a feast with every round.

Even better, the price was very reasonable for the quality and amount of food. It’s rare to find an all-you-can-eat spot where they don’t cut corners, but Banshan really delivers on both value and taste.

The vibe was warm and welcoming, and the service was friendly and efficient — they kept everything moving smoothly without ever making us feel rushed.

If you're craving delicious Chinese BBQ and want to enjoy a meal that leaves you full and happy, Banshan is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back with friends and family!

The food was really solid, and the restaurant was really nicely decorated! Great for small and large groups. I’ve had a lot of northern style Chinese bbq in Richmond and I think Bashan does a really good job at serving large portion skewers and the quality is really good! I will definitely come back.
My only critique was the washrooms could be cleaner and better stocked with supplies.

This restaurant has started hosting private advents with speakers outside at 9:45. I will no longer be a customer after the disrespect to the community they are in

Most disgusting restaurant in tri cities

The food was meh and very overpriced. Ice cream was rock solid and had to use the foil warmer to eat it.

Left the servers with $15 tip but few minutes later, when we were out of the restaurant, a server went out and demanded more tip.

Overall, I don’t recommend this overpriced restaurant.
