- Rice felt like overnight rice, hard as rock
- The chicken was so dry and flavourless I almost got choked by eating it.
- The side dish was made from veggie scraps, compared with the chicken, at least it has some tastes.

The order came with a can of coke, which was the “best” of the entire meal…..

We loved the food, it’s a bit on the pricier side but still delicious and worth it.

However, we will not come back because the waitress caused an embarrassment in front of other customers by calling us out loud for not tipping…

A bit of back story, we visited and made a quick order of a few skewers, nothing too complicated and were in the restaurant for a total of 30 minutes. Our total came to $30 as it was more like a quick snack, then after paying, the waitress shouted loudly why we didn’t tip, and this left a bitter taste on our experience.

Please understand tipping is optional and no one is forced to tip especially for such quick and simple orders.

Beef skewers are delicious, but among so many things, only beef skewers are delicious The pork belly is too sweet, the crispy chicken bones are too sweet, and the chicken rack has no sweetness at all. The grilled sausage is so dry. It’s better not to grill it The tofu skin is also dry. Hey... I hope this store is delicious and open a little longer. Please improve it, boss. ?

I was confused, where did I get the confidence to open a store? The taste of these barbecues is so indescribable. How can you still open a store if it tastes so bad? Is the threshold for opening a barbecue restaurant so low?

Can’t say it’s bad it wouldn’t be fair. But certainly not my favourite Chinese bbq restaurant in GVA. The service is good, decent vibe as well but I doubt the food is fresh produced cuz my wife and I have been coping with diarrhea after eating there. Also, their tipping option or I could say “tipping culture” is like they set up a non-negotiable attitude. So be careful with that. But overall, I can tell this place is favoured by its community with many people coming in and hard to deny its effort to keep it up.

The resturant has one of the most unique and beautiful decor I have seen. Slightly unfortunate that I was their only patron for the entire duration of my dine-in, but they seem to have a contant stream of take-out orders. The menu offers tons of choices, but this resturant has an minimum order of 5 skewers per flavour. Thus my bill racked up quickly and I was not able to try out as many foods while ended up with 1-2 meal worth of leftovers. This place is definitely not for dining alone.Food wise, I have nothing bad to say. I really appreciate the free snacks they give out while waiting for food. The pork belly, lamb, and grilled squid all have very authentic flavours. I especially enjoyed gnawing on the fried chicken racks. Their vegetarian food is decent, but taste quite generic. The Fried Coconut Milk is absolutely amazing, and I recommend anyone visiting to try it out.I cannot understand why the ratings are so low for this resturant. Their food is solid, service is fantastic, and the atmosphere is marvelous. However, it can get quite expensive when dining here alone. I would only recommend visiting if you are in groups of 2 or (preferably) more people.
