This is my second Friday in a row enjoying the amazing Korean chicken at bb.q Chicken. Both times, my friends and I have left completely satisfied. The chicken is flavorful, and the staff are exceptionally polite, kind, and helpful. I genuinely enjoy coming here.
Next time, I’ll have to ask how to enroll in Chicken University :)

I ordered BOGO-Golden Chicken & Crispy Shrimp Menbosha through UberEats three days ago but later canceled it. The restaurant directly called me, asking to cancel the order because the 1+1 promotion was a system error and said I should cancel it from my end and reorder if I still wished to order it. That’s why the order was initially placed. I cancelled and did not reorder it, but I noticed late that I was charged for the order because the restaurant already prepared my order. Uber is not going to refund it, as the refund window opens only for 48hs and it is already closed. Is this a joke? Now i paid for nothing!

I went twice, ate at the hall once, and submitted once. There is a mistake in all orders.
When I ate at the hall, I definitely ordered one menu item, but it didn't come through. (This happens often, so it wasn't a big deal)
Today, I ordered basic tteokbokki and cheese ball, and the server even confirmed that it was regular tteokbokki. After submitting, I came back and saw that it was Rose Tteokbokki.
Of course, it was my fault for not checking when picking it up. There were only two tables and the server checked once more. I placed my order and brought it without question.
Anyway, when I noticed that the item was strange, it was 30 minutes before closing, so I immediately contacted them and asked for a replacement. They said they couldn't exchange it because the kitchen was closed, but they would give me a credit the next time I came.
I was tired after work and couldn't eat the food I wanted, so I didn't feel good, so I just refunded everything and left.
I tried to eat well and sleep after work, but I couldn't. I usually don't write bad reviews, but I had to write one today.
Of course, you can make mistakes and make mistakes, but the response to your mistakes is very disappointing.
Still, the chicken was delicious, so I couldn't go often, but I went often.
I don't think I'll ever go back again.
Pay more attention to employee training If you are going to eat, please check several times when ordering.

We’ve been ordering from here for a while now but it seems they’ve changed their batter/seasoning or something. The batter was quite oily, not as crispy and without any flavour. Don’t think we’ll be ordering again unfortunately.

I was eating a radish, but the texture felt strange. When I looked closer, I saw that the inside had a square-shaped hollow. It was kind of gross and felt weird, so I didn’t eat it and threw it away. Can you please explain what this is??

Great place for adorable korean fried chicken and drinks. perfect to hangout as the music isn’t too loud and servers are really kind!
It's an okay place to get fried chicken, like it gets the craving done and it's probably the best place to get fried chicken in the area but I have definitely had better. -the chicken usually has enough of the flavoring , like one time there was a good amount of cheese powder other time not -pricing maybe a little expensive for what you get. -the rice cake is okay , I probably wouldn't get it again -the inside is quite nice , I really like the dark neon theme they got going -service is fine , never had a problem with it , takes a bit long to refill water sometimes

Get the Gangnam style. Fries and the original boneless Korean Fried chicken. It's so delicious.
They give you a free Korean Pickled radish too. I. Love that stuff.
