Solid fried chicken. It’s been consistent every time I’ve been there. Chicken doesn’t taste greasy or have that burnt oil taste so that’s good. The only thing is their radish is losing the tang or something. It’s just sweet without the sour. I don’t know what happened to it. Maybe it wasn’t ripe but yea. Still, won’t be the last time I’ll pick up chicken from here.

Overall, bb.q Korean offers good food and a pleasant dining experience. The chicken was tasty, well-cooked, and flavourful, and the quality of the food met expectations. Service was generally fine, and the atmosphere was enjoyable for group dining.
However, one important downside: when we arrived as a group of 10, we were told that it is mandatory, as part of their policy, to add an 18% tip for parties larger than 6 ppl.
Food-wise everything was good, but the mandatory gratuity policy for larger groups definitely impacted the overall experience.

Come on. I am really disappointed by the quality of their food. Not sure if it’s bad chicken or bad oil but I and my friends all had bad diarrhea from eating the original chicken. We didn’t eat spicy, so we know the diarrhea is not from the spice. I will not be ordering from this place anymore until their quality improves.

The quality of the chicken was bar nun best fried chicken I had in long time. And I’ve been to many fried chicken places in Vancouver. Service was exceptional. Staff were extremely friendly. Cosy restaurant, very warm and very positive ambience.

I frequently order pick-ups from this store, but this time I was a bit disappointed. I tried sending a message directly but didn’t get a reply, so I’m leaving my feedback here.
I placed 3 orders of wings for tonight, and we only received two small sides of pickled radish, and I had specifically requested for the sauces to be separated. However, the wings came already mixed/tossed in the sauce. I hope the team can pay closer attention to special instructions moving forward.
