As many pointed out, the sushi rice here is a bit harder than average restaurant. I think this is mainly due to the sushi is made then put into the fridge for customer pick up, no fault to them. Taste wise of course you are not getting the restaurant treatment, but as a grab and go - this is convenient and perfect for those short on time. Reasonable portion size and taste for grab and go. Paid through Safeway check out.
