5 of us sat down at a table and watched the waitresses serve others tables. After 15 minutes, once the servers passed our table 2 times we flagged down a waitress. Our kids game was starting in 30 minutes so we asked if it was possible to get food that fast. The waitress left for 3 more minutes came out and took orders from a other table that had only sat down 2 minutes prior. The place was less than half full.

The atmosphere has changed drastically since my Last visit in January.

The Hawaiian pizza was surprisingly delicious and tasted homemade. The salt and pepper chicken wings were solid, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The service was kind. This place is not gourmet food but it has heart! It’s has comfort food after a hockey game in a 1990s ambiance. A great time and reminiscent of the glory of the 90s.

This establishment has recently come under new management, and unfortunately, the change has not been a positive one. While I had no issues with the food or our server, the on-site manager, who I later learned is named Patricia, displayed a visibly hostile demeanor toward her staff. This kind of behavior not only creates an unpleasant work environment but also inevitably affects the guest experience. Once I became aware of the tension, it made the atmosphere uncomfortable. The manager appeared neither happy nor adequately trained for the role. As someone with experience in customer service, I strongly hope the management takes steps to address this issue, as such behaviour is both unprofessional and detrimental to the business.

It took over 30 mins to get a beer at the self serve station.

The new management have changed things. The food was great, the service was fantastic. It's too bad the hours are limited, but having come here for hockey for many years, this is the best this place has been in a long time. Worth a trip upstairs.

This is a great place to watch your Childs hockey practice or game. The staff is always extremely friendly and eager to provide good service! Wide selection of drinks and good bar food!

Vegetarian options: Several options for vegetarians on and off the menu.

Kid-friendliness: I can bring my kids in for a snack or meal.

Food is always fresh and delicious. Staff are very friendly (especially Tammy!). Great spot to sit and watch your team play hockey! Very good to the kids too!

Always the nicest, fastest, best service! All the staff is super friendly and my glass is always full. The food is always excellent! Come and have a drink and watch a game at a great place.

I wish I could give zero or negative stars! Saw a rodent on 2seperate occasions and the waitress told me that's normal. Been going for over 12 years now and each year worse and worse. The cooks shout and smash items when you order things they don't want to make or late. They're barely open and if you want to come up after a game- forget it if it's past 9. We have also had a drunk native waitress on countless occasions, no kidding She was slamming drinks around the corner and behind the bar. Watched her go from semi normal and "ok" service, to completely belligerent and inappropriate and the service non existent. She sits on her phone and drinks and reeks like old booze and cigs. The managers are always sitting around eating while the waitress bust their butt. And I don't want to see the heavy set chef wearing a tiny tank top and pulling keys from her bra to hand to a waiter. I also see the managers complaining to the waitresses about how they're doing there jobs but yet they sit there. And I also got lectured by the managers about bringing my kids sippy cup in and told it counts as outside drinks. It was Pedialyte since my daughter has disabilities and becomes dehydrated. I was made to leave it outside and she was very rude about it basically accusing me of using it for alcohol in front of all of my friends and family. Humiliating. Saw the other manager (or chef?) Do the same thing to another customer with their hockey water bottle. Unbelievable!Any of the positive reviews about this place are not real. They're all from friends and family they have to be. The floor is dirty , menus gross , (crumpled paper with food stains), the nacho baskets look like the rodents have been eating them and the cups is disgusting. And then there's the drunk waitress and the humiliation you endure not worth it

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Completely ignored after only being served one drink. Time to find new servers.

Ordered food and waited and hour and a half before finding out they never put the order in. So I ordered nachos instead thinking it may be quick, the place was empty and they messed up my order and they took an hour before finally getting my nachos. They showed up cold, I’m not one to complain or write reviews but this was really bad. Definitely don’t recommend but the hockey game was good!
