Also, the lady didn’t speak very good english, which is okay but it began to become very frustrating to interact with! She was very rude in her foreign language and i felt very uncomfortable:( Wont be going back here again! my stomach agrees with me… and my toilet XD

Sofia was very nice on explaining the popular drinks and which ones she recommended.
I asked the difference between the proteins and she told me how whey protein affects the taste and how collagen was the most popular (and the best for skin) while pea protein is the lowest in calories.
She was very polite and made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely be back :)

I ordered an egg white and cheese breakfast wrap and for some reason the girl didn’t grab one of the two from the display fridge. She gave me one with way too much cheese and no salsa at all… I was biting into the wrap, waiting to taste some salsa only to be more disgusted as I ate through cheese alone. I was already leaving the mall so I wasn’t going to turn back but what the heck!?

I visited the Booster Juice location in Coquitlam Centre Mall on November 30, and it was a great experience! The staff was very helpful and professional, making the visit smooth and enjoyable. The location is super convenient, right in the mall.
We tried the Chipotle Chicken Panini and the Mango Hurricane drink, and both were delicious! The flavors were fresh and satisfying, though a bit on the pricey side. Overall, the quality and service make it worth it. Highly recommend this spot for a quick and tasty bite!

The service here was horrible. The girl at the front had an unpleasant face like she didn’t want to be there and the other girl didn’t even try help out. We waited at least 20 minutes for 1 cup of juice because the girls didn’t know how to work the machine. Also a few other people came to order and while one girl was making my juice the other one pretended to clean and ignored the other customers completely. Also the juice tasted quite bad and had a lot of pulp. Overall I would not recommend this booster juice place.

Unfortunately I am bad with names but whomever was working on Friday 19 July for the closing shift, they were exceptionally well-mannered and provided excellent, friendly, and very accommodating customer service. The store looked clean including the self-serve area, and my smoothie was made very quickly, and the consistency and flavour was so on point. I appreciate that a lot as it stayed thick the entire time I drank it (even though I was walking outdoors in the heat!) and usually the flavour I get is always made too runny/thin at other locations. The fridge was also stocked well with the grab and go food. I would return and recommend this location of Booster based on my experience this afternoon. I would personally ignore negative reviews from the entitled folks who order $55 of JUICE via DELIVERY while tipping 0 for the drivers. Thank you! ?

I was standing a step away when the staff got up and left. She flipped this sign and then just left. I stood here for 10 minutes before I just left too. Nice company you run here. No staffing and staff that doesn’t want to be there

It’s my birthday today and I was excited to claim my free birthday drink. I went to the person manning the store at the coquitlam centre location. I asked if I can get my free drink coz its my birthday today but he said that birthday drinks are raffled and if you’re chosen, you get an email. Well, the reason I downloaded the app was because the manager at the port moody location told me that I could earn rewards and I will get a free drink on my birthday. It’s not that I’m desperate for a free drink but it could be a nice touch being a loyal Booster Juice customer. The guy at the Coquitlam centre location gave me that weird info and then I ended up paying for a smoothie coz I didn’t wanna make a fuss over the reward thing. I asked him to scan my app for the points hut he said that I should’ve told him before I paid. I think it should be standard protocol to remind the customer to have their app code scanned or at least ask if the customer signed up for their rewards program. So I just asked for my receipt so I could key in the barcode or the receipt code. He said that its not possible and just told me to email customer service to file a complaint. I said, it’s just a drink. I don’t want to have to email their corporate office for the glitches. Anyway, I just hope the staff are better trained to resolve these issues next time.
