I often eat at Bourbon Grill Coquitlam Center and the food was Sooooooooo Good. But last time I went and ordered there,I just noticed the food wasn’t the same taste as before. It becomes DRY and BLAND. Did you just change your Chef ? :). Please bring the OLD TASTE so I could enjoy it again.

Horrible experience today. I wanted the vegetarian combo with rice. The worker told me that it had chicken in it. I kept telling her that I wanted the rice.. and she kept telling me that it had chicken in it… I started to get angry because I didn’t know how to get it through to her that I wanted the rice and didn’t care that it had chicken in it.. we went back and forth a few times until finally she served me the rice. It was very frustrating. I don’t know how many times someone has to say what they want so loud and clear to get served what they want to eat.

I recently visited your restaurant and truly enjoyed the excellent food with its diverse and unique flavors. However, unfortunately, one of the staff members was not very polite and made fun of a customer while speaking in another language.
I believe this kind of behavior can negatively affect the customer experience. I hope more attention will be given to managing such situations, as the quality of your food deserves the best service and attitude.

I had very rude employees two Punjabi ladies where as soon as I paid and it showed I didn’t tip they gave me a disgust face towards me and I asked politely where my food is and they pointed at it and made me reach for it without grabbing it for me. Terrible service!. I’m not tipping for someone who has not served me sitting down! You are not expected tips while working and that was never a thing a few years ago. You picked that job customers are not expected to pay your wage for you.

I always used to get the 3 combo and the quality and service was really decent. Recently the new staff are just not as good and the foods quality went down. Before it was more meat portion now they replaced it with more vegetable portion

I used to go to this restaurant all the time not cause it was good but cause it had so little customers that it would just be something quick and easy. I was honestly ok with it till today (note: typically I’m super nice to service workers) I ordered my food, noodles, veggies and fish. I’m a Muslim so I cannot eat pork or any food that isn’t halal which includes none halal chicken or beef. While the worker was serving my fish she dropped it in the chicken bin, (which has the sauce and the chicken chunks in it) then picked it up, put it back into the fish bin then proceeded to give me the same fish she dropped while also using the same spatula. I tried to deliver it in the kindest way possible that she had just did cross contamination and explained my religious views which she continued to retaliate and laugh at me. I was just defeated and thought there was no point in asking for it to be redone so I just questioned if I had to pay for it, she scoffed at me and looked at her co worker before looking back at me with disgust saying I obviously had to cause I made her make it. I paid for it and left, literally never going there again. + Now that I don’t like them anymore I can go ahead and admit literally none of their stuff had flavour plus it leaves an awful after taste + once I ordered their fish and it was cold and frozen in the inside + once I ordered their noodles and it was so stale and dry that it basically formed into a rock and I legitimately could not eat it.

My wife and I have been going to Bourbon St. Grill for years. It used to be a real treat for us. Yesterday, we picked up a Combo 3 and took it home. We were so excited to dig in… but the excitement soon faded.

The bourbon chicken no longer tastes like it used to. Weak flavour and barely any sauce. They used to have to spoon the chicken out of the broth, but it was pretty dry and the server almost seemed to be upset at having to drizzle the sauce over our rice. There was so much cartilage in the meat that it was actually becoming annoying and nauseating to eat, knowing you’d bite down into something semi-crunchy. We also got the mango chicken, which didn’t taste like mango and was essentially candied meat. The crunch wasn’t from the breading but from crystallized sugars. And the rice? Where did the veggies go? It used to be loaded with an assortment of veggies and now it’s basically rice with a few veggies peppered in for colour.

It’s sad that something that used to be a fun experience has now become such a disappointment. We won’t be back. ?

We get the 3 combo meal here often. It's $15.99 and the portion is large enough to feed 2 small adults for lunch.

It says closed but still had 10 minutes. It was 6:50. She was talking on call. Poor customer service.
