Just had six great meals at browns. Service was excellent at all levels. Really appreciated everything. Very happy.

Atmosphere and the look of the restaurant is great. It’s very appealing and looks very clean. Very upbeat. Unfortunately our visit here was overall disappointing. We were early in the dinner. Timeframe and the restaurant was less than half full. Yet. Service was slow and felt rushed. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get a refill on a pop.

The food, however the french fries were all just stubby little crispy ends when they serve them in a metal cup in paper to fill up space on the plate to hide the fact that they’re giving you so few. The burger I had as well with fries are the same ingredients and materials from the clearly the same supplier as what White Spot uses yet the quality of the burger was smaller burnt and not as good at a higher price.

And I ordered the burger with no pickles, but I don’t know if it was the server or the kitchen. They missed that detail.

My granddaughter had the chicken tenders which she barely ate because I doubt they were fully cooked.

The waitress Paige was so nice and professional with us. We came to have happy hour lunch and the food was great, the service was spectacular and we left full and happy with our experience. Paige got us a high chair for our little baby girl and was on top of refills and checking in with us. I really want to thank her and the team for how well they did today!

Its been a few months, but I will leave my review now , I went here with a friend to eat lunch and the spoon I was given was not clean , it had obviously been eaten from (lip drag marks on spoon) I told waitress and she just brought me another spoon?? That was it... nothing else was said , the atmosphere was kinda cool... but food tasted awful too, the atmosphere outside is awful, staples and a gas station yuk, do not go here , go to a&w and class it up !! :p

We came to Browns Socialhouse for brunch with our family — a group of 9 people. At first, our experience started off a bit rough with a server who came across as rude and unwelcoming. However, once we mentioned this, Brie, the manager, immediately stepped in and completely turned things around. (All 5 stars are for her!)

Brie was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and happy. She personally checked on us several times, ensured our food and drinks were perfect, and made the rest of our visit wonderful. Her sincere apology and warm attitude really made a difference — we left feeling appreciated and well taken care of.

Thank you Brie, for your outstanding service & for going above and beyond to make our brunch enjoyable! :) Really appreciate it!

Want to thank Sean for an amazing dinner experience. Sean made some great recommendations and always took the initiative to refill beverages before even asking. It was a busy night but we did not feel rushed or unnoticed. Thank you Sean.
