We ordered a bubble waffle and a hurricane potato. The waffle was ok, but they used junky Walmart brand table syrup which was extremely disappointing. The hurricane potato was absolutely disgusting. I took one bite and left the rest because it tasted so bad. It was over fried and could hardly even tell there was any potato on the stick. Save your money and go somewhere else.
The service was slow and the restaurant just felt kinda grungy.

Restaurant was very unclean and we had the most uncooked tapioca pearls ever. The brown sugar pearls were just pearls quickly dipped in syrup and dropped into a cup. Honestly the worst bubble tea I've ever had

The restaurant is super messy, food leftover and trash lying around with empty tables uncleaned. We only ordered a boba to go and waited for 20 mins or more. The boba was super bad the syrup tasted artificial. Won’t come again and not recommended

I ordered Laksa soup with chicken and beaf, it was so obvious that the food is like an instant made food, the service was so bad, I asked for a food container to bring the remaining home, but they ignored me, at the second time I went to the counter and took it from them! after eating the food , I got stomachache and diarrhea and I spent 2 days in my bed to get better and recover after that! I don’t like to put a negative comment but this time was different, I got something like food poisoning!!

The bubble waffle was good. But the food was not very good. I went their a few year ago and felt that the food was much better at that time. I will not go back again.
A noodles/rice dish ($14.95), an iced hk milk tea ($1.25), and bubble waffles ($2.25) is a pretty good deal for a meal considering how expensive eating out might be. Portion size for noodle dish is good too and can be had for leftover. Only one lady was working the front counter with serving walk-in customers, taking orders from dine-in customers, and serving food and beverages as they are ready. Good service despite her running the whole show. Food was ok, but we really enjoyed the bubble waffle and the hk milk tea. Seating comes in table style or booth style. Plenty of parking as it’s located within Coquitlam Centre that has an extensive parking lot.

The food was tasting quite good but the quality was very small and the price was expensive,and this is the first time ever that I didn't even get water or plates when I was seated, and the bubble waffle was taking so long.

Terrible service, so many issues with the service at the cashier. I online ordered and when I arrived to pay they told me unless I paid using debit there is no discount. There was no mention of this on the website and I have not encountered this at their other locations. Also when I asked if it was possible to eat in the restaurant they told me no because it was an online order and must be take out. The restaurant was empty minus one booth that had one man drinking a single bubble tea. I understand if they were busy but seriously the restaurant was super empty. Overall the food was mediocre and there was absolutely no incentive to order online as I received no discount and wasn’t even able to eat inside afterwards. Will be avoiding this location at all costs in the future.

Stay away!!! Really really terrible service! We waited for our order longer than 10 mins in store. Instead of saying sorry, the cashier asked us to wait outside the store in rude tone. This is so ridiculous! Cancel our order immediately! Stay away!!!
