Food always delicious here!

I went here to try their soup in the cold weather by myself. It was so good! The staff were so kind and helpful with the menu, and the portion size and side dishes were very large for the regular size, I was unable to finish but it was very delicious. The atmosphere is cozy; and I left feeling healthy and warm. The menu items are listed in Korean but English translations are listed beneath each of them!

If you're a fan of hearty, flavorful Korean cuisine, Bukchigo Jangguchigo is a must-visit. Specializing in Sundaegukbap (blood sausage soup), this restaurant delivers rich, savory dishes that capture the essence of traditional Korean comfort food. However, for those unfamiliar with offal or sensitive to distinctive food aromas, it might take some getting used to. That said, once you acquire the taste, it becomes incredibly addictive.

Their spicy stir-fried gopchang (intestines) is another standout dish, offering just the right kick of heat. Pair your meal with traditional Korean makgeolli (rice wine) for an authentic dining experience. This is a true gem for those who appreciate down-to-earth, everyday Korean dishes that tug at the heartstrings of home-cooked nostalgia. Whether you're a long-time fan or new to Korean cuisine, this spot is sure to leave a lasting impression.

A hidden gem in Korea Town. Always a line up for dinner. Must try their blood sausage soup. If you’re feeling adventurous…I highly recommend the blood sausage and organs soup.

food is delicious
Service is a mess
If you look at the behavior of the employees, it seems that the boss is not evil.
This is the first time I've seen someone ask me something when ordering.
Doesn’t McDonald’s do anything to its customers?
I don't even want to pay for the food, let alone tip.

Every dish we ordered was delicious—there wasn’t a single miss. The cold noodles were especially impressive, so good that we finished every bite! The blood sausage soup was very enjoyable.

I always come here to eat sundae soup when I visit Vancouver, but I will never come here again. I went on a Saturday evening and was very uncomfortable with the service. The young male server seemed unfriendly from the way he spoke. He put a lot of emphasis on the deadline. He only came to take orders and ask about last calls. He didn't even ask how the food was or if I needed anything. The woman working in the kitchen who brought us the food was actually kinder. There were so many flies flying around while I was eating that it was uncomfortable, but the food was delicious. I didn't want to tip because of the guy's server's tone and expression, so I paid $117 or $120 in cash and returned to my seat, but he came and gave me change and said, "You're leaving a tip, right?" Wow, it was so absurd. My friend ended up giving me $20 in cash, but isn't a tip the price of the service? How can you force a tip? Isn’t it given to the customer if he or she is satisfied? We decided to think of it as a cell phone charging fee. ^^ No matter where you go, if you think you received good service, of course you tip. Before asking for a tip, I think you should first consider whether you have provided satisfactory service to your guests.
