It was my worst experience ever having food here at Burger KingGenerally I love the food of Burger King but this time I went this store firstly the order was taken after a long wait then the food was not properly cookedI think one lady was also taking to other person at shift and saying that people come here and don’t know what to order and keep standing front of deskWell I believe this type of behaviour is not good they should respect Their customers

Damn if this BK can get my order right. I do try and overlook but when my drive thru orders are wrong it's like why. This location has service issues. Inside is not as clean as other locations. Might have lost a customer

I had ordered 2 Angry Whopper meals and a regular Whopper meal with cheese - instead I received 2 SAD Whoppers. No crispy onions, no angry sauce (or at the least very little from what I could tell), and 3 small jalapeño slices (smaller than pickles). I drove home in 15 mins and the burgers started to fall apart as the buns had become soggy. Normally I don't complain about these things but I'm pretty upset with paying a premium and receiving sloppy food with missing ingredients. The staff didn't seem to have any hustle, which in my mind, doesn't make sense for the error or slow completion of the food. They completed the burgers long before the rest, so I'm guessing that's why they were soggy by the time they were eaten - they were NOT busy - no one in the restaurant minus 1 gentleman who ordered after me and 1 or two in the drive through.

Heavy pickles on my burgers please.....why can't you get this right....3 times I've been here and 3 times they can't get it right.The t shirts the staff wears saying " burger the way you want it everytime " is a big lie cause it doesn't happen.Now the "You're the king" and offer me a paper crown makes me wanna puke. Get my order right before you call me King!!!!!
