I am a regular customer of Cactus Club and usually visit your locations at least every two weeks. However, my visit to this location Sunday night was disappointing and I feel compelled to share my experience.
Our table’s bill was over $176, yet we noticed that the portions of the food were smaller than usual. We brought this to the attention of our server, but unfortunately, no action was taken. This was especially disappointing given my long-standing loyalty to your brand.
We ordered the following items: • Chili Citrus Calamari • Szechuan Lettuce Wraps • 2 Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowls • 2 Truffle Fries • 3 Mini Crispy Chicken Sandwiches • Blackened Creole Chicken • Cheddar Burger
Not only did I find the portions lacking, but my wife and my brother also felt the same. The overall experience did not meet the high standards we have come to expect from Cactus Club.

I was at table #55 with Tara R at 2:20 pm with a party of 4, out fries actually came cold so we had kindly asked if we would be able to get new ones made. Our server did an amazing job making sure everything was on par and kept our water flowing as we ate and drank on.. she was super attentive and knew I had overheard I was pregnant, she because of the food mishap had made a special request for a dessert to come out to share with the ladies I was with and wrote congratulations on it! I have worked for cactus club in the past and knowing the ins and outs of the training that goes into it she did an exceptional job and should be rewarded! :) thank you for the lovely experience we will be back !

Very bad service we just booked it today for nine people and then we went there and stayed by the door. They didn’t even bother to tell us that they their patio is not open. They could’ve called us ahead of time and told us that the patio is not available. We had our sister‘s birthday that was ruined. We could not make it to anywhere else since we’re already made a reservation with cactus club I think you should look at your service and consider that again.

I wish I could give this place a zero start. We had a reservation in the patio for a birthday of my sister and then when we arrived nine people over there we all had to stay by the door. They told us we don’t have a table in the patio for you for you The patio is closed. They didn’t even make the table ready for us. We were just waiting by the door looking for somewhere else to go and we spoke with the manager and did the reservation. What else we could do just to go Celebrate a birthday this is not how you do business cactus club

They are the shittiest location ever. We we just came here literally like just right now. My sister had already called OK and she booked to sit in the patio when we got here. The manager said first of all, she was so rude and then she proceeded to say that all our patio is closed, even though we saw there were people there and she said the reason why we can’t sit there because there is no server to serve us there but basically what they want is they didn’t want us to sit in the patio so they don’t get their patio dirty and they don’t make their workers work extra hard. OK we were nine people cgoing there celebrating my sister‘s birthday, but none of them were nice to us and they ruined her entire night. How rude how awful this location is. Keep in mind. She already called and talked to the manager a day before to make that reservation and they said it’s OK and we got you a table in the patio never going to this restaurant again awful server and bad review I wish I could give even a zero star not even one OK thanks. Add to the server or the people who are working in the front please keep in your mind that you’re working with people who are coming there celebrating all kinds of all kinds of occasions OK so you have to first of all communicate nicely and lower your tone when you’re talking to people OK because not everyone except your tone and you being rude OK thanks.
Parking here is tough during the weekend. The food is consistent with other Cactus club spots. But, the service here was top notch. The lady who took care of our group was amazing.

I really enjoyed this Cactus Club location. It is popular so it can be a little loud at times. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful with the extensive menu. Our table of 5 all enjoyed our meals and drinks. A very pleasurable experience.
