Reviews brought me here. Came on a Sunday around 3pm and it was quite busy. Still managed to snag a seat. Staff recommended the EggNog Latte which was delicious and I tried the House-made Red Velvet which I savored every bite. Good service, cafe was clean and nicely decorated. I'll be back for sure.

Loved everything about this place! The pastries were delicious, we had them warmed up. I had a peppermint mocha latte and my husband had a London fog, both were very well made. Highly recommend this place. Great atmosphere as well

I come here often and service is always amazing. Today I watched as one barista juggled six orders and placated a horrendously rude woman in a jean dress who continually complained about things out of his control, all on his own. To the barista with the black hair and red tattoo on his arm you're a rockstar and you always make my day better!

Cafe Ciel is a cute and cozy spot! We stopped by spontaneously and was pleasantly surprised by the detailed interior and kind service. Ali behind the counter patiently explained the drinks they offer and they were excellent! I would recommend stopping by for refreshments if you are in the coquitlam area

I stopped by Ciel Café and had such a lovely experience! Matin, the barista, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I ordered an iced matcha and a bacon crunch sandwich, and both were fantastic. the matcha was smooth and refreshing, and the sandwich was perfectly crispy and flavorful. The café itself has a cozy, relaxing vibe that makes it easy to unwind and enjoy your drink. Thank you, Matin, for the wonderful service! Highly recommend if you’re looking for great drinks and delicious bites.

Wouldn’t eat or go here, employees always smoking outside and leaving butts on the side walk so it stinks like cigarettes because of it. Probably gets into the drinks and food, please talk to your employees about hygiene and how they represent your business while working.
