There is one persian girl that works the morning shifts that I always hope I don't receive service from. She always hands food burnt, messy, or incorrecrly. It is one of the worst customer service I've experienced from a Cafe. I'm not coming back until she's gone.

Excellent food options, great service and atmosphere with seating. Too bad it closes by 5PM, would love if hours extended until 8PM. Quiche is simple but big, I prefer the Turkey Brie Panini though. I appreciate that they publish the ingredients of each food item clearly.

A very good cafe with a lot of regulars crowd. Manager/owner makes sure that he gets your name correct and tries to remember it next time. A good place where locals come regularly. Their food esp muffins are great.
I was the second customer out of two customers at the shop. service was garbage, instead of taking my order, the manager decided to chat with the customer before me and then take a phone call… I waited 5 minutes before i walked out. This manager completely ignored me the entire time, didn’t acknowledge, nod or gesture to me. Absolute garbage.

It took twenty years to find a coffee shop with kind and welcoming baristas in a nice and comfy environment, with soft seats and pleasant sofas. Indulgent cakes, muffins, and delicious sandwiches are everything I was looking for. I wish there were more places like Caffé Divano in Vancouver.
