Cold kobideh meet, low quality rice, and salty ghorme sabzi, honestly before was perfect but now I can even recommend it to anyone, specially kobideh neet was cold and not fresh from grill👎🏼

The lamb shank was old. Me, my child, my friend and her child, we all got super sick after eating it. Paid so much for old food.

I watched the balding persian man with white earpods in pick his nose while leering at my friends 12 year old daughter. Gross
Also make sure you check your change as they over charge you.

One of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. Low-quality food, burnt and raw koobideh, dry rice, undercooked tomatoes, tiny portions, and rude staff. The barg was overpriced and tough.
Despite tons of negative reviews, management clearly doesn’t care — it’s like they’re saying, “Take it or leave it.”
It’s really disappointing that such a great shopping centre like Coquitlam Centre doesn’t have a decent Persian restaurant.
If you’re looking for real Persian food, skip this place entirely.

I ordered tenderloin barg kebab. Both the portion of rice and the kebab were very small barely enough to fill half a plate.

Awful customer service from the lady that was working there. I had a very upsetting experience at Cazba Persian Grill. When my food was brought to me, I noticed the worker dropped a piece of chicken had been dropped on the table and instead of discarding it, he put it back in my meal. This is completely unacceptable, especially when it comes to food safety. We politely asked for a new meal, and the workers were understanding and agreed to make it right. Unfortunately, while we waited to pick up the replacement, the lady with blonde hair was incredibly rude. The man gave us a free complementary gift for the incident, which still did not make us happy, and not only did the lady take back the gift which was on the house without saying anything, which made us even more unhappier, but she also seemed completely uninterested in addressing our concerns. It’s really disappointing that a simple situation was handled so poorly. The man’s understanding and willingness to resolve the issue were appreciated, but the behaviour of the woman completely overshadowed that. I won’t be returning, and I hope the management can address these issues to improve both food quality and customer service.

Disappointing experience at Gazba Restaurant in Coquitlam Centre food court. Ordered Koobideh Kebab, which was supposed to be grilled fresh in front of us, but it seemed like pre-cooked and reheated. The food tasted terrible, and we didn't feel well after eating. Staff was unresponsive when I reported the issue. Given the condition of the food, I would have expected a refund or some form of compensation. Unfortunately, it seems like quality control was lacking on the day we visited. Maybe it was an off day, but hopefully they'll take customer feedback seriously and improve.

This restaurant no longer offers the same quality it had when it first opened. It’s noticeably different from the North Vancouver and downtown Vancouver locations. The meat, chicken, and especially the rice were disappointing. Unfortunately, today will be my last visit.
