This is a chain of Persian food with this particular location labeled as “Express” as it’s a food stall located in the Coquitlam Centre Mall food court offering good value for quality of food, quantity, and speedy service. I enjoyed the Loghmeh kebabs that came with rice, two grilled tomatoes, and a refreshing pickled jalapeño. I was very full by the end of the meal. I would say this is definitely one of the better options in this food court.

Unfortunately, my last couple of experiences with Kazba were not satisfactory. Iranian kebabs should be freshly grilled and served hot right before eating. However, the kebab they served was pre-cooked and became completely cold within just a few minutes, making it unpleasant to eat. Kazba’s food is not inexpensive, but recently the customer service and overall quality have been disappointing.

Ali is really friendly with high quality customer service he is always welcoming with kindly smile he is always manage the customers in rush hours . I always prefer grabbing food from Qazba because of its taste and atmosphere and great staff.
