Food quality and portion size is good. Customer service is terrible. We asked for baghali polo they gave us basic rice instead without mentioning they ran out of baghali polo when I was ordering. When I asked them to change it to something else, since what they gave us was not what we ordered, one of the staff members got pretty angry at us, was very rude and acted like WE were the ones at fault. He did change the order eventually because he knew it was all their mistake but for whatever reason he decided give us attitude. The new order was cheaper than the old (wrong) one but they did not give us the change until we came back to ask for it and his rude behavior continued. The cashier who made this mistake seemed like a nice person and apologized, but the person who changed the order was rude. Will not order from this place again.

they are my go to resturant at food court but each time they manage to get my order wrong lol small things like i ask for no rice but i get a rice ( they didnt charge me for it) but food is great so i just check my order before picking

I recently dined at Cazba Persian Restaurant in Loughedd Center, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. To begin with, the food was served cold, which significantly diminished the overall enjoyment of the meal. One of the key aspects of Persian cuisine is its rich and aromatic spices, but the dishes I received were notably lacking in this regard, making the flavors quite underwhelming.The rice, a staple in Persian dining, was of low quality. It was pale and utterly tasteless, which was a major letdown. Good quality rice should be fluffy and fragrant, but what was served fell short of these basic expectations. The overall quality of the food was poor. When dining out, especially at a cuisine-specific restaurant like Cazba, one expects a certain level of authenticity and quality, which, regrettably, was not met. It's disappointing to see such a lack of attention to detail and quality in a restaurant that has the potential to offer a rich culinary experience.

Love Cazba for their amazing foods and stuff. The cashier (Varan) was super nice and friendly, recommended me something that i enjoyed a lot. I often get food from Cazba , the only thing that i wish it could be change is the Somagh. It used to be a better quality of the Somagh in the past. Rather than that, everything thing is perfect and the foods are delicious and high quality.

I have gone here several times, and the food is always delicious. The meat is always tender and well spiced. They also give you very good portions for the price.The cashiers aren't always the friendliest or helpful when you ask about dishes or, in general, but the cooking staff are always friendly and helpful and give you service with a smile.
