Absolutely horrible tasting bubble tea and overpriced. The blue raspberry lemonade does not taste like lemonade at all. It tastes like lemon juice in water and the lychee popping pearls are old and stale.
My girlfriend got the grass jelly in her oolong milk tea and it tastes like mush. It was with a substitute of oat milk, but it tasted like oat milk with sugar and no oolong.
Was in the mall today so decided to give it a try, but there are so many other better bubble tea places nearby.

My 50% sweetness milk tea turned out to be so sweet it tasted like 100% sweetness would at other places. There are better bubble tea places in the vicinity.

Disappointed with everything - the drink, bubble waffle and service, it was all so bad. Thought I'd give this new bbt place a try since I was already at the mall, but choosing convenience is not the way to go. Definitely don't recommend and won't be back.

No service for a roasted milk tea with pearl. They didn't bother about asking for Ice, sugar level, which caught me by surprise. Just bothered about upsizing for $2 which I declined. Shop ain't even busy. Good luck bud.

One of the worst bubble teas I’ve had in a long time. Nearly $10 for something that tasted overly artificial, and the grass jelly was especially bad, easily one of the most unpleasant I’ve ever had. I couldn’t even finish it. Definitely not worth the price. Not joking - T&T bubble tea is even better.

Horrible pearl taste. Hard to chew. They charge you $2 for large size and no where in the menu or the person offering large or small mentions it. Tea is very weak. I paid for water. And the cashier treats me absurd for mentioning I don’t see the up charge price on the menu.

Upon me asking milk shake without they simply denied to give me shake. Wow what a great customer service. They are unable to make drinks as their customer like. They are so stubborn. She simply said her manager asked her to do so.

We visited this place previously around last year, where we found the drinks to be good. However, they seemed to be using worse ingredients, and everything tasted like sugar and imitation milk.
