Ordered a couple of sandwiches. Tasty, but overpriced. The smoked meat sandwich was too warm when they boxed it. Bread ended soggy and the box nearly falling apart from how damp it got. The cran and brie was basically that; would have liked more turkey.

Small Carbonara, really bad Mac and cheese with bacon/cheese on top I've ever had. Macaroni was ultra soft and mushy and the cheese tasted and smelled chemically gross...... Also, they microwaved it???

I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch and it was delicious. Everything tasted fresh. The chicken stipes were nicely seasoned and the sauce added nice flavour to my sandwich. The size was decent with lots of shredded lettuce but not a lot of chicken or bacon, so if you have a big appetite, you probably want to order something on the side. For $12 I think it's a little expensive. I had it for take out and noticed there's a $0.25 charge for a paper bag. I was not told of this charge beforehand and didn't even get a bag.

This place used to be good when they first got here, but now, not so much. The staff's attitude has really gone downhill, and I even felt like I was being discriminated against during my visit. The lady at the counter seemed to judge me for what I ordered. Unfortunately, it’s not worth it anymore

i am absolutely distraught and angry on behalf of my best friend, who is devastated by the recent change from shredded lettuce to block lettuce. this change has completely ruined their dining experience. the shredded lettuce was perfect, it added the right amount of crunch and was evenly distributed throughout their meal. now, the block lettuce is cumbersome, uneven, and completely alters the taste and texture of their food. it’s incredibly frustrating to see such an essential part of the meal be changed so drastically. please bring back the shredded lettuce for the sake of loyal customers like my best friend, sarah.
EDIT: dear darrin, i want to sincerely apologize for my recent outburst regarding the change from shredded lettuce to block lettuce. my reaction was fueled by my deep concern for my best friend, sarah, who has been quite upset by this change. however, i realize that my frustration was expressed in an inappropriate and unproductive manner.
please know that my intent was never to be disrespectful or unkind. i understand that change can be difficult, and i regret letting my emotions get the best of me. thank you for replying darrin, you are a great owner who cares about your customers.

Barely ate half of it, it was quite disappointing, to be honest..

But the main issue with Chachi's is the very little amount of meat that is put onto your sandwiches.. especially for the money being spent. It's mostly just bread.. unfortunately. I'd honestly eat here more often if it wasn't for that issue.
