Ordered regular fried chicken at 4:14pm on Dec 25th, 2025 from Coquitlam (Lansdowne) store. Unfortunately, the fried chicken was significantly overcooked. The meat was extremely dry and hard, making it difficult and unpleasant to eat. We had purchased this order to bring to a Christmas party, and regrettably, it did not meet expectations. Both we and our guests were quite disappointed with the quality.
This experience was not in line with the standard we expected from your business. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention so it can be reviewed and improved, especially for special occasions where food quality is very important.

The serving of the chicken used to be full box, now it's not even full. We asked the cashier and she said I don't know. Quality is there but quantity fkr its price is not good. I would rather go to Ban Chan Bistro.

Btw the cheese ball is garbage compared to bbq chick. Tastes burn and very hard shells. DO NOT ORDER these cheese balls

One of the best Korean fried chicken places in town. They fry your chicken right after you order so it's always fresh, crispy and juicy. However, ever since they added fried shrimp to their menu, I unfortunately cannot eat here anymore due to my shellfish allergy. They fry chicken and shrimp in the same fryer so there is a high risk of cross-contamination.

Went inside to grab tissues to clean my friends pants who got a drink on them and before i could order, thought would get tissues. The server was so embarrassing rude and disgusting. I asked if I could get a tissue and she said for what, I said idk to wash a face?, she started speaking in Korean to the others in the kitchen and the old man was like go somewhere else. The girl replied saying i dont have tissues for you.
Just because I didn't order anything yet, is that how you treat your customers? Is this not EMBARRASSING for you? This is disgusting, hoe can you be a restaurant and not have a couple tissues to spare? Like bizzare .
Stopped by Chicko Chicken after the gym with the fellas and got a full Yangnyeom chicken with fries. The food was great—crispy and flavorful. We did have to wait quite a while, and a few people who ordered after us got their food first, which was a bit annoying. Next time, I’ll probably call ahead and order for pickup to save time.

Delicious chicken, good options to choose from. A few unique flavors but all very delicious. The menu online is nice however a little uninformative when it comes to pricing, but the food is really good and well worth a repeat visit.

Chicko’s Chicken has officially ruined all other food for me. The moment that crispy, juicy masterpiece hit my taste buds, I heard angels singing…and I don’t even go to church-es
The chicken is so good it made me reconsider every life choice that led me to NOT eat here sooner. The fries? Perfectly golden little sticks of joy. The sauces? Probably illegal in some countries because no one should be this happy.
Sure, I walked out of there with sauce on my shirt, grease on my fingers, and zero dignity left, but you know what? Worth it. Chicko’s, you’ve got me hooked harder than my uncle’s addictions.
Just ate the best meal ever i stg.
