On my last review 6 years ago I gave this business 4 stars (because food was good and service was good as well. I visited 2 weeks ago (ordered to go). I am regular customer and i saw how the food and service has deteriorated. Im sad because this use to be my happy place for fried chicken (not anymore). The chicken is so oily and burned (the sides are salty). Service need to improve and quality control must be given importance. Parking is free but limited. Very limited sitting capacity. So im downgrading my review to 2 stars..

The atmosphere at this Church’s Chicken isn’t the best, as it’s located in a busy area. The dine-in space could use more attention—there were noticeable smudges and dirt on the floor, which made it feel a bit unclean. Service was straightforward and nothing special, just the standard fast-food approach. The food is consistent with other Church’s locations, though the wings here seemed different compared to the original recipe.
My easy access Church's Chicken in Coquitlam. I have enjoyed this location for many years. I like the freshly battered and fried chicken, fries and jalapeno poppers.
