Rhe best KFC I've had in the tri cities! Seasoning is perfect, chicken is tender and crispy, cheeky tebokki is absolutely delicious. We had the variety platter and although my friend has some food allergies, the server was able to help us decide which dishes would be safe and was able to instruct the kitchen as well. Friendly, informative, and attentive service too, we Will be coming back for this again.

Really disappointed with the service even though the food was awesome, we came an hour before closing and from the beginning the waitress kept rushing us, we still tried to be as nice as possible and ordered and ate as fast as we could even though the food arrived 15 minutes before closing. However she asked us to leave even before the restaurant closing time, one of our friends was still inside the washroom but we still complied. Overall it was an unpleasant experience and would not go back to this branch.

Their staff should be in check as one literally said at 11:55pm, 5 mins before closing, “Could you please wait outside while your friend comes out from the washroom?!”
She was racist and rude.

Compared to the other Korean fried chicken places I’ve been at, this would be my favourite so far!

We got Snow onion chicken and Soy garlic chicken both boneless and small size. I really loved the flavour, and the crispiness of the chicken.

Our server was super sweet and attentive which made our visit so much better.

Overall experience would be 10/10 for me!

Overall, we had a good experience at this restaurant. Our server was very friendly and did her best to provide us with all the information we needed. We ordered two dishes—one was a squid dish, but it seemed undercooked and lacked spice. So, if you’re not familiar with Korean cuisine, make sure to ask about the menu items. On a positive note, the chicken portion was really generous!
