I visited this Cobs after being sad about lack of cream in my favourite cruffins in another Cobs, and I am so glad. Super friendly lovely staff, the cruffins were full of cream and soft and crunchy at the same time, the cinnamon buns were mouth melting and sesame seed buns were soft inside and crunchy outside just right with generous amount of sesame seeds. I am so happy that this cobs really takes care of quality of their products and are generous with ingredients. Will be happily coming back, don’t think you guys could do anything better.

Their hamburger buns are soft and fluffy with amazing bread flavour! Everything is made fresh with real ingredients and you can certainly taste the difference. The cheese mini pizza is a bit dry though and the tomato sauce layer is too thin so wouldn’t recommend the pizzas. Lots of selection but not cheap.

One of the workers was super super kind and care about attention to detail when I was told I had to wait longer and explain why I had to wait an extra couple of mins. I recommend everyone and anyone who enjoys different type of baked goods to come here

This is our go to Cobb’s location. Best one in the Tri-Cities. Staff is always lovely, especially today. Best bread. I always tell people once you go cobs you can’t go back.

Zero star deserved. One of the staff members, Jane, racially harassed a customer who was simply making a purchase. The way customer service is handled at this location is highly questionable, and the fact that an employee like Jane remains employed raises serious concerns about the store's management and the values of the company as a whole.

Unacceptable Racism and Disrespect at Sunwood Square Location.
On June 17th around 4:30 PM, I experienced blatant racial discrimination and verbal abuse at the COBS Bread Sunwood Square location. From the moment I entered, speaking in Farsi on the phone, the cashier, Jane, was visibly rude and dismissive. At the cash as I was attempting to pay for my purchase (~ $40) I politely said “Pardon me?” after not hearing something she said, she yelled at me aggressively in front of other customers, humiliating and targeting me.
This was not just poor customer service, it was racist, demeaning, and deeply traumatic. Witnesses even approached me outside the store to express support and encourage me to report it.
I contacted the store manager, the owner, and COBS head office. Their dismissive and inadequate response reflects the company’s values and their failure to stand against racism. The fact that an employee like Jane, who feels entitled to yell at a customer simply for saying “Pardon me,” is still employed, is alarming.
I am now pursuing this matter legally, with multiple witnesses who are willing to testify. COBS Bread must be held accountable. No one should be subjected to racism or public humiliation when simply trying to shop.

Good bakery. My favorite is flax sourdough bread. There are many delicious and fresh sweet treats.

Please update the store hours, I've arrived many times after 6pm and the store is closed. The closing hours are not consistent. Google says 7pm but I've arrived well before 7pm and the store is closed.

Love the cheesy pull apart bread.

Thank you for the delicious rolls, baguettes and scones that we enjoyed for breakfast.

This is our favorite place to get sourdough sandwich loaf (sliced to order, regar or thick) & cinnamon rolls (available with or without icing). They also have a variety of sweet & savory items including scones, danishes, (Turkish) flat bread, buns and dinner rolls. Most items are suitable for vegans. There's an app to gain reward points to redeem for a discount/credit on a future purchase.

Vegetarian options: Except for ham croissant, most items are meat-free
