COBS Bread Bakery Sunwood Square

This is our favorite place to get sourdough sandwich loaf (sliced to order, regar or thick) & cinnamon rolls (available with or without icing). They also have a variety of sweet & savory items including scones, danishes, (Turkish) flat bread, buns and dinner rolls. Most items are suitable for vegans. There's an app to gain reward points to redeem for a discount/credit on a future purchase.

My first time going into this location and was really disappointed in the customer service. The girl helping us seemed very short and impatient and one point snapped at my fiance and told him to wait when he let her not the debit terminal was not working after she had prompted him to tap once indicated on the screen.
Lots of great selection of breads and pastries but not very welcoming or friendly!

Regular customer here. Usually customer service is great and the products are good.

This morning I went to get a Baguette. The lady forgot to ask if I wanted it sliced so when I left I quickly remembered I wanted it sliced so I quickly returned. As in 1 minute later, hadn't even started the car.

I asked if they could slice it and they said since I left they couldn't do it. Now I understand why there's a policy but there also needs to be common sense. I was hardly gone!! Writing this to hopefully encourage employees and the org to be more understanding.

This Cobbs even though it's one of the smaller ones, always seems to have what you're looking for. Always had great friendly and courteous staff when I was there.The store is always clean and in order with everything displayed well.

It used to be great but now, their prices is up and quality is down. Bought some breads for breakfast the other day and one of the bread is one of my favorite from their store which is the Applicious and chocolate croissant. It's both expensive now and barely have any fillings anymore. I forgot to take aphoto of the chocolate croissant but here's a picture of a sad Applicious that has barely any apple in it. I wish they keep their quality when they raise their prices.

I guess I failed a bit today⁉️I bought a danish, but the custard cream didn't taste like I expected.I bought 6 pieces of apple cinnamon, so it was a little cheaper.After that, I bought blueberry scones and raspberry danish.This is definitely delicious! ️

I took my child to buy bread. The service attitude of this branch is really bad?. The music in the store is very loud, so you have to shout loudly when ordering, otherwise the clerk will say that you can't hear what you are saying! After buying, my hands were full of bread. My two-year-old child walked slowly. I waited for my child with the door open, but it would definitely not take more than two minutes. The store clerk shouted fiercely close the door as soon as! No even said please! If You're cold, put on some clothes! Why are you so cruel to me? Fortunately, there are other stores nearby. I will never go to this store in the future because the selection is less than other stores! And if you buy 6 items, there should be no tax. I don’t know if I saw the tax.
