CoCo Bubble Tea（North Road）

Taro hot bbt was just milk on top of small amounts of taro chunks at the bottom. Stirring it did not help... For $7 plus tip I expected much better ... at the very least blend the drink.

The tapioca ball seems old or undercooked. Normally, it should be soft and chewey but for some reason, it was very chalky and hard that day. I believe consistency is key for a good restaurant but here was a little disappointing.

Tea is good , but why put six tea in one bag really heavy and can feel the bag too full

There are pebbles in the milk tea???Can you believe it... The milk in the brown sugar pearl latte is actually diluted with water. How can a company as big as Coco save such a small amount of money? I really don’t think customers can drink it, right? ..Go bankrupt as soon as possible! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

The environment was dirty and messy. It felt like there were 10,000 flies in one store. The brown sugar pearl latte we ordered asked for pudding, but there was no trace of pudding in it. There were only three customers in the store, so we ordered two cups and made half of it. Hours, extremely bad experience, I will tell my friends not to come to this store! ! !

Very rude workers laugh at u. don't change the gloves touch everything. Doesn't deserve a star. Racist but nice to their own race get greeted but they dnt greet outside of their race. Not wheel chair friendly.

No matter which location I visit, the quality and taste of their drinks are consistently excellent.They truly know how to create the perfect bubble tea.My personal favorite is the black sugar latte served hot—it's a comforting treat that showcases the quality milk they use.I highly recommend CoCo to anyone looking for a reliable bubble tea experience.
