This Coco location is bad. There was only 1 guy behind the counter and he was on the phone for a long time, talking so slow on the phone. I was the only customer and waited for a long time hoping he is done with his phone. It wasn't even a phone call for an order. Seems the guy doesn't want our order so we walked out without ordering since he was on a phone call for long and still not finished. We usually order in Burquitlam or New west locations and they always appreciate orders and complete orders fast.

I often visit coco, but near the burquitlam station one. Today is the first time I visited this location. But the service is sooooo bad! I ordered coco Mike tea with crystal pearls, but they made me with pearls. And when I drove back, the one who made it was so rude and didn’t say sorry until I asked her to. She also didn’t have a good attitude when I ordered it. I feel really disappointed about her. When I came back, another guy helped me to deal with this problem. She just hide behind him and didn’t say anything at all! She gave me a very rude feeling and her facial expression was weird. I was talking to the other guy the whole time and she didn’t come to the front. The guy was very nice but I want her to say sorry. The guy told her to do so and she said sorry but I still feel she doesn’t think she’s wrong as if she just put the wrong topping and that’s not a big deal. This is not how things worked. I’m not a mean guy to criticize others for their tiny mistakes, but I do think everyone needs to face their mistakes and take the responsibility. If I came back and she treated me very nicely and not hid at the back all the time. I would definitely not be very unhappy about this incident.

Ordered delivery from door dash and my grapefruit yakult drink with Crystal pearls tasted like it's gone bad.
Service is quick and pearls are fresh and just the right consistency. Parking is not the best when the nearby restaurants are open.

Overall im glad i didnt tip and heres whyI've been to many bubble tea places, and this is one of the worst. I wasn't greeted. There was no line but I was standing at the counter for a good 5 minutes before I got recognition that I was there. All 3 teenagers were behind the counter.Usually when I give a bad review the place shuts down sooner or later if issue isn't addressed. VERY UNWELCOMING ENVIRONMENT, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. EVERYONE HAD A GRUMPY FACE ON AS WELLWhen I walked in, my face was punched with a smell of bleach. And it looks unfinished inside.I don't fancy the look of the cups either. Because I can't see the product inside from the outside Like how it usually is with all other bubble tea places. I mainly just got sugar. The taro color is barely purple and I think they did this on purpose cuz I didn't tip. They also gave me a nasty look while gossiping during the making of my drinkI paid $7.50 for ice and sugar barely any pearls! A little disappointed, they don't put ice cream in their slushes. The girl that was helping me is very quiet.It was my first time there So I didn't tip. Clearly they didn't like that because they started gossiping rudely in their own tongue. I click print receipt And then she scrunches it up and throws it in the garbage. She Didn't even pay attention that I wanted a printed receipt, then decided to tell me that they're out of paper because she didn't want to give me one. She probably doesn't even know It's illegal to refuse A receipt when asked. She should be educated on that. Then she asked me a stupid question asking if I wanted to Receipt when I just finished telling her I pressed print receipt. After that unnecessary hassle she finally asked someone for help, and it turns out they weren't out of paper And nothing needed to be Refilled!I've been to many bubble 2 places, and this is one of the worst.Usually when I give a bad review the place shuts down sooner or later if issue isn't addressedI don't fancy the look of the cups either. Coco has the best pearls out of any bubble tea shop in the lower mainland. Heres why:They have the perfect consistency of being firm but not hard. Not soft, chewy, and sticky like many other bubble tea shops. They absorb the flavour of the drink. They don’t have that weird gooey outer layer that many pearls have. Yes, they don’t have brown sugar like xing fu tang but that’s a different kind of pearl, we’re not comparing apples to oranges here.As for the drinks themselves:Some of the drinks are good too but nothing too special
