Went here on Jan 16th Girl at front counter was insanely rude and would hardly even communicate. Was also the longest I’ve ever seen a place take to make a drink. I waited 24 minutes and people who ordered after me got theirs before me. There was only two people waiting for drinks before me as well. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a bubble tea place and I’ve been to hundreds

Better customer service. The girl was very rude, and made fun of me to her coworker. Good place to go if you want to be treated like garbage :)
I was at the Joyce-collingwood branch where I usually go to and tried to pay in cash and I was blunty rejected by the guy at counter I can'l currently pay cash only as I don't have a card . "No" apologiesor anything. When I tried to ask another question they just said "sorry no English"... I think I will get my tea at cha time instead where I'm properly treated .
