Usually I love there bubble tea however this most resent time I went they were having technical difficulties which was fine however I was told they didn't accept card but then when I got the cash they said they actualy could take card but preferred cash and even after all this my drink sat in there in there lid machine finished and sealed for 5 minutes before they gave it to me and one of the workers wasnt doing anything else during this time. But there bubble tea is amazing and it has only been the odd time that this happens

I had as great experience! The bubble tea was amazing the workers there are so kind and friendly I got the mango slush with pearls and it was delicious! I really love it and I recommend it not just this location but other ones to I really loved it
i love coco bubble tea. i’ve been here multiple times and tried many flavors. the drinks are tasty and satisfy my sweet tooth.
Had a great experience at Coco Bubble Tea! Phyu, the cashier, was absolutely amazing - super friendly, kind, and made the whole visit really pleasant. I tried the fresh mango milk tea; it was nice, but I think it would taste even better if they used mangoes that are a little riper for more sweetness and flavor.
Everything was ok, but I don’t know why the chocolate Dream drink tasted different every time I ordered it

The drinks are amazing!
This place is extremely understaffed at times. Waited 15 minutes today for one drink because they were dealing with all the third party delivery orders and seemed to be running behind. I don't blame the staff but definitely will go to another location during peak hours
A good location when it’s not busy, but twice within a week my order has been incorrect when I’ve ordered at a busy time. It’s worth checking before you leave to make sure there’s no mistakes.
Busy shop with 1 staff daytime and 2 staff nighttime. Need to wait for 15 min when there are more customers in front of you.
