The coffee was good. I placed my order through a terminal, like at McDonalds, which was very impersonal. I was going to order a baked item too, but I didn’t trust the photos on the terminal and there were only photo cards in the display case. All of the ads and pictures on the windows ruin the cosy atmosphere inside and give a bad impression on the outside. The girl who passed me my drink was wearing a mask (no problem) but then slid the coffee towards me by putting her entire hand on the lid, where I was going to drink from. Not great if you are concerned enough about Covid to still have a mask on in late 2024

I’ve been to coffeeholic a handful of times. I’ve honestly really enjoyed it every time I’ve good. The pastries are quite delicious and the drinks are well made. The cafe itself is very laid back and relaxed. It’s a perfect spot if you wanna get work done or studying or just come here for casual coffee with friends (or on your own).

Worst cafe for studying. The music is too loud; I even wore my air pods to noise cancel other people's talking, but it did not work at all. There were not even many people in there.
I usually stay more than 3 hours for studying and have meal and drink during that time. However, this environment even caused me headache and initiated my impulse to escape from that place.
I also had strawberry latte and paid 6.25 for large size, and i realized why Starbuck is famous in world wise. That was just milk with strawberry jam. No puree, too sweet and nothing special at all. Not worth the price.
This cafe can be good for just talking with friends. However, definitely not good for studying. I would recommend other cafe near by (there are more than 6 cafe in 500m)

`Prices at Coffeeholic are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the coffee and the overall experience. It's evident that the café values sustainability, as noted by their use of organic ingredients and eco-friendly practices.

I don't like to write bad reviews but it's the 2nd time that I ordered an iced latte from here (spanish latte, then peppermint latte) and both time I get a stomach ache and then I need to go to the bathroom within 30 mins. Is there something wrong with the ice? Not to mention the first time I came here, I ordered an iced spanish latte before they had this new screen to order (and the lady repeated verbally my order) but she gave me a hot spanish latte instead so I just let it pass and took it. I drink iced coffee pretty regularly from other places so this is pretty odd.

Very inefficient and way of ordering. Takes forever.
Edit: I visited on March 17, 2024 (Sunday). They have a self-ordering kiosk! This is amazing for people like me who have to read everything on the menu and take a while picking between 2 or 3 items. They’re open until 9 pm from Monday to Saturday, and 7 pm on Sunday.Their hazelnut cold brew ($5.50) is so good!Original Review:They stay open late, until 10 pm. Atmosphere is generally quiet at night. Coffee drinks taste okay. It's the beverage art that's really nice (they make art not only on their lattes but also hot chocolates). I was glad to see they pulled their Costco tiramisus off the shelves; I used to be really annoyed that they were selling the exact same tiramisu you'd buy at Costco at quadruple the price per serving.

The drinks are very inconsistent. They had issues with their wifi so they asked us to try to pay again which was uncomfortable. One of the staff was not able to communicate well, so when I asked for a receipt, the staff just nodded and walked away without giving it to me.

No comments on the food but the hours claim they are open at 9 on Sundays. Got there at quarter after 9 and it's not even open. If you claim you're open at 9 you need to be there for 9. No sign at the front indicating a change in hours or anything. Disappointed cuz I really wanted to try this place..
Good value coffee. Music was a little loud and no real comfy seats to relax in. Still a nice little cafe.
