Food not bad, fairly authentic HK style food. Breakfast is very good , the omelette is soft and not too greasy, many options to choose from. My biggest disappointment is the hygiene level of its washrooms & the hallway leading to the washrooms - so very dirty, the flooring has become almost blackened with grease - a sickening sight indeed and makes one doubt the cleanliness of its kitchen. Its bathroom is the worst I have seen among Chinese/HK restaurants. For its bathroom, it deserves a negative rating.

We purchased the VIP membership, otherwise the cost of eating here would be a little high. Nice to have the discount and extra perks.

The rudest and most unfriendly restaurant I’ve ever been to. Staff and manager (Terry) were cold, dismissive, and had zero hospitality.

We came with 2 families, 7 people in total. My child has gluten intolerance — they had no gluten-free options, which is fine. But when we asked if we could bring a gluten-free dish from next door just for the child, the manager flat out refused with no reason and even said: “If you don’t eat, you can all leave.”

No smile, no courtesy, no basic respect. We don’t owe you money, so smile! The three staff (all speaking Cantonese) acted like customers are a nuisance. This place has the worst service attitude I’ve seen in the entire BC.

Never coming back, and I strongly do not recommend this restaurant to gluten intorant. This 1 review might mean nothing to them but I still need to leave it here. I don’t think this is a one off.

To Terry: What goes around comes around. Treating customers like this, one day when you need help, you’ll understand what “mutual respect” really means.

One of the best and most important affordable restaurants I been too. The services is very nice. You can get 2 meals and a drink under $16! That’s way cheaper than any fast food places. Highly recommended.

We tried the bake pork rice and the fish and pork cutlet combo. Both were tasty and delicious. Would come back again.

Copa Cafe offers tasty food and friendly service. We come often for their hot plates. On our recent visit, the value has drastically decreased. We ordered the fried rice for $22 and were surprised by the small portion size. We also ordered a kid’s meal with spaghetti, wings and fries. At $17, the portion was quite small—spaghetti in a small soup bowl and 12 pieces of fries.

I understand food cost has gone up, especially the price of meat. But to skimp out on the fries felt really unnecessary.
