Today is my first time at this café, and I’m pleasantly surprised to find such an amazing place here in Coquitlam. The interior is very spacious, clean, and well-organized, with excellent facilities. The music is played at just the right volume, and I really like the décor and layout — it feels incredibly comfortable. It’s a perfect spot for socializing, studying, and working.

Folks are nice but the oat latte felt subpar in taste. Would’ve been nice to have a few more options in sandwich.

Creekside Coffee Factory at Westwood is such a cozy and welcoming café, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. The interior has a warm, modern feel with comfortable seating and a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to spend hours here. Their specialty lattes and iced drinks are always delicious, and the pastries are fresh and nicely presented. I especially enjoyed the seasonal drinks which add a fun and unique touch to the menu. Service is usually friendly and helpful, and even though it can get busy during peak times, the staff do their best to keep things moving. One of the highlights is the variety of seating options—whether you’re working on your laptop, reading, or just chatting, there’s a spot that feels right. Prices are reasonable for the quality, though some desserts felt a bit on the higher side. Overall, this is a great local coffee shop with a cozy vibe, tasty drinks, and a nice community feel—definitely a place I’d return to

Always enjoy coming here - staff and atmosphere is welcoming
Worst management ever. We’ve been here for a few years and they’ve always been polite. We took our 4 year old there for icecream today and they didn’t have her usual chocolate flavour. We requested the cashier politely if she can try another flavour and the manager Jenie very very rudely rolled her eyes, denied it and asked us to first pay.
We actually didn’t mind that as we were going to get icecream but the demeanour of the manager was so uncalled for we have unfortunately decided to take our weekly icecream outing somewhere else. I am all for local business but if you cannot be polite, there are atleast 10 other cafes within walking distance. I would suggest go somewhere else where they are able to smile and be polite instead of rolling their eyes for asking a kid to sample an ice-cream flavour
Lovely busy little coffee shop. Great service. Open seating. I go to see the bears...when you know you know.

It's a nice cafe with good selection of drinks and food. But definitely not worth the price. The coffee and food, I found more expensive than other cafes in the area. And in relation to the price, the food and coffee didn't quite live up to. I ordered a Spanish latte which had too much milk and barely I could taste any coffee. And the Cranberry Turkey sandwich was also average. Service was good and quick but other than that nothing exceptional. Did I like it? Yes. Will i be coming back? No.

Located next Super Store on Lougheed and Pinetree way. The coffee shop atmosphere is clean, trendy and spacious. As they roast their own coffee beans, there are huge coffee roasting machine located at the entrance corner of the shop. It might be industrial look as you see the huge roasting machine as you enter the place. Buy sitting area is very spacious and clean.
I go to this place when I need to sit and chat with my friends or want something different like a fresh house roasted blend.

Genuinely garbage tier coffee. Not even exaggerating.
The way they make cappucinos and lattes are just poorly pulled espresso shots with terrible beans, and they just chuck it in a cup of warm milk. No frothing, no technique, nothing. The cappucino I got tasted like dishwasher water with some coffee smell. What a joke.

Great coffee and food!! Love the atmosphere as well, but the cashier was… looking pissed and somewhat in bad mood. maybe the customer service needs to be improved.

The Best Coffee in town! And, Love their scones... Personally I prefer the cozy atmosphere at the original location than the new location's open space. But I still love popping in to get my 'pick-me-up' before my grocery run.

My daughter had to use the washroom first and they said no you have to buy something first in order to use the washroom and then while we are leaving the washroom he asked me. Why are you here? What business do you have here and I told him my daughter had to use the washroom and then we’re about to have some coffeehe says don’t come here if you don’t want to buy anything first he’s a very rude person I would never go back there for coffee or donuts or anything ever again.
