Creekside Coffee Factory - Westwood

I haven’t really had the “in store” coffee selections so can’t comment on those but the fresh beans they sell are spectacular and the only coffee I Drink! I’ve tried almost all of their blends with my fav being Mexico and second fav being Ethiopia. Great friendly staff too

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this coffee shop. The staff appeared to be completely untrained and lacked basic knowledge of their responsibilities. I requested the washroom code, as all the washrooms were locked and required a code for access. When I asked the barista for assistance, she was unable to provide the code and made no effort to consult with her coworkers for a solution. It was baffling that she did not take the initiative to find another way to assist me or even ask her colleagues for help. It is concerning that the staff at this establishment seem unfamiliar with such basic customer service expectations. If the staff are not even familiar with the basics of their own establishment, I would be deeply concerned about the cleanliness and safety of the food and beverages. As a result, I decided to leave without making a purchase. I will not be returning.

I go there regularily. Cafe has great atmosphere, with well designed floor, counter is located along the entrance so it can rush you to order but you can take time to see the beautiful displays of their food offer. Good enough lightings and proper seats (but not many though) so you don't feel you're too exposed , but not ignored. As someone commented earlier it has wooden tables for 8~10 so it has good meeting seating(Not closed section, though). And it has outlets for labtop and such👍🏻.
It has giant roasting machine up front so everyone gets to notice they're roasting beans in house Which gives much expectations for coffee lover. I usually get americano and brewed coffee for me and it tastes right.
I don't like sour taste so if you like heavy, tastes I think dark brew is to get.
It's quite well located in city center mall area so parking is no problem but you may found seating is limited in peak times.

Our first visit to their new location at Westwood Mall. Parking was not an issue. However, we had not expected that on a sunny day, only 2 staff were manning the entire cafe. So the 15 minutes in line to order and the 10 minutes waiting for our order were in no way due to the efforts of the two ladies doing their best to service the customers. The seating arrangements could be better. One area had tight seating, whereas the 2nd area was not very efficient, with a lot of wasted, empty space. Their "roasting" area opposite the service counter is not the most attractive display for customers to view. That could be an interesting talking point, instead of looking like a storage area.
Our coffee order was very good, and the food items available to order represent a nice variety to choose from, although the 2 staff members were struggling to find time to get fresh baked items into the display cases.

I wanted to buy a medium roast coffee, but they sold me something labeled as medium roast that turned out to be dark roast. You can tell the difference based on the shine of the oil on the beans.

I am very devastated to report that this coffee shop has gone significantly downhill over the last year. I used to come here daily. We would get our house beans here. Now, every time that I come in the staff are rude, impatient, and frankly are not helpful. Unfortunately I’ll be getting my coffee elsewhere after years of dedication to this company.

The food and atmosphere are great and I appreciate the lactose free milk option. I had a cookie dough croissant, which was delicious.

The customer service leaves something to be desired though. I asked for a mug for the coffee I ordered only to be told they didn’t have any. The coffee was put into a paper cup and filled to the brim, which was too full to even put a lid on. I pointed to where they had about 30 mugs right next to where I was standing. Again I was told they didn’t have any. Now I was getting annoyed. I just wanted to pour the coffee from a paper cup into a mug. I was finally given a mug and was told it was for a large coffee. That didn’t matter, I just wanted a mug so I could transport the coffee to my table safely. It is beyond me why they wouldn’t have mugs for a regular sized coffee or just put the regular sized amount into the large sized mug. As an interesting note, the regular coffee filled the large sized mug almost to the top.

The coffee was so good that I wanted to live here. The staff responded step by step and professionally, so even though I was nervous as a tourist, I had fun and recharged my caffeine. thank you!
I think there are some Korean employees who can speak Korean. It's perfect to buy coffee here and go shopping at Winners or Superstore. The store was comfortable and there were people working or studying. There were also a variety of desserts. Coffee beans are also sold at a reasonable price and are ground upon purchase. There were also decaffeinated coffee beans!! Highly recommended.
