Dairy Queen (Treat)

Dinkiest Dairy Queen I've ever been to. Me and my brothers got 3 blizzards and am very unsatisfied with the quality AND quantity. Blizzards weren't even filled to the top and the Reese's had like 2 Reese's cups poorly blended and 90% plain ice cream. Super awkward workers too.

i went there last week got a smoothie the girl on the till was very suggestive she helped picking me the flavour and it was yummy i believe her name was lovprit will definitely come back

The turtle blizzard mini we had ordered 4 of them on August-09-2025 was melted from the store to home which was 2 minutes drive

Great Ice-cream! Only 3 stars because most of the employees dont have manners. I have been there several times and have said hello and thank you, not once have they said hello or thank you back. If you're looking for friendly customer service I dont recommend this particular DQ as i will not return, the Tricities have other Dairy Queens that treat you right.

I was just at the dq in coquitlam on Monday and i ordered a large orange julius and i asked them to put a rush on my order because i was in a hurry to catch a ferry and one of the staff informed me that they are out of large lids so they offered me two medium orange juliuses and i told them that thats too much sugar for me because i explained to them that i am also a type 2 diabetic and one of the staff came and said yeah well you told us that you are in a big hurry which is true that i did let them know that but the way they responded to my concern was extremely obnoxious, disrespectful and rude. This location in coquitlam centre mall really needs to be more organized and get more large lids for size large cups and also the manager/owner of the coquitlam centre location needs to teach their staff a lesson about treating customers with respect because they way they treated me was extremely uncalled for. Definitely not coming back here again because of how rude the staff was towards me. Extremely disappointed.

They refused to make a drink 40 minutes before closing tonight, don’t stay open if you can’t sell to your customers.

Ordered a Reese blizzard cake for a birthday celebration. As seen in the photo, the happy birthday message was not centered and was on the left side of the ice cream cake leaving a bunch of awkward space. One would assume they would write it in the center of the cake? It does not look like a product made with pride and care. Not the presentation hoped for and the penmanship was not the best either. The sides of the cake were good but the center pieces barely had any Reese pieces in it so it was essentially a vanilla ice cream cake. I’ve had better decorated and better quality cakes from other locations. The staff were friendly and nice when I picked the cake up though. They could improve on the cake making and decorating.

If I could, I’d give this location 0 star. The staff are all super unfriendly and hostile. Please consider getting a different job if you can’t even take orders in a friendly manner. Incredible!

Girl denied using points but eventually she used them. What are points for?

I went to order at this Orange Julius location. The hotdog combo no longer includes a Julius drink. Your choice is either bottled water or a soft drink. Why would they stop including their signature drink? Dumb move. Won't be back

Almost $10 for a drink that stands about three or four inches high. What a rip off. Won't be going back there again.....ever.
