Unfortunately, I would like to tell the owner: please pay attention to or clean the restrooms regularly. It makes customers feel uncomfortable and impolite; the restrooms contain feces and haven't been flushed after use.
Thank you.

I wanted to like it more

The pho broth is blander and maybe better for ppl that aren’t into stronger flavors.
Spring rolls are more like the Chinese version.
The one thing I’d like to go back for is the rib pho dish I saw. Looks crazy

Best pho ever had in lower mainland, been kept going for the last few years. Try their special beef rib soup. Always very welcoming, love this place.

From my perspective, this place is better than pho 99 Coquitlam. Not too salty, less msg, more generous topping/portion, cheaper, and fast service. Spring Roll is longer and crispy. My mom also loves this place!

Not a bad experience, staff is very friendly and willing to correct their mistakes without putting up an argument which we appreciated. 2 sub, 2 drinks, and 2 chicken skewers came to 40$ very reasonable! Food was really good but one of our smoothies we’re flavourless, bless the worker for fixing it.

Typical franchise place, but the food is always consistently good. Only complaint is that the prices has climbed substantially over the last couple years

Its like a McDonald's of Pho, although not as cheap. Food feels old and extremely oily. Chicken comes with lots of fat pieces.

That was the worst Pho I have ever had 😞. The soup had zero flavour, the chicken had fat on it and looked grey, the bean sprouts were old and yellow . The salad roll lettuce tasted old, the dipping sauce tasted out of an old jar. The place was deserted on a Friday night, should have been the first sign. I could only tolerate two bites of the soup and gave up because it was just force feeding myself at that point. Paid money to go back home hungry… Very disappointing & sad experience. I hope the management can change things up, because I really wish we had good Pho in the area.

I usually have the vermicelli bowls and they have the sauce on the table instead of only a small sauce dish of it like other restaurants. Very good sized portions. My kids like to share the big bowls of pho. A frequent go to for our family. Good value.
