had a really wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was fresh, tasty, and full of flavor. Every dish was cooked just right, not too oily or heavy, and it felt like real home-style cooking with care. I ordered take out and watched it prepared through the partially opened drape hiding the kitchen. The young woman who had taken my order had went back into the kitchen and after a few minutes, she walked by the man cooking my meal, reached into the next pot, took an item out with her hand and put it in her mouth. I saw her very clearly. She kept walking while chewing and I called her out, indicating what she did was a breach of health regulations. She lied to me and said it was her meal, went back into the kitchen, closing the drape tightly this time. I callled her back out and said hiding the kitchen when called on bad behavior was not a solution and demanded to see the plate she was eating off if it was ‘her meal’. She went back again, then came out and said the pot was the staff meal. I pointed out it was right beside my food that was being prepared, that she was working, she used hands to eat, and did not even wash her hands after. She said she did and I said she was lying to me and it was not ok. Although she apologized, I have worked in kitchens for years and recognized the way she grabbed the food from the pot was a very practiced move. In front of the other staff I made it clear I would be contacting the health dept, which I will do. As for me, the meal I ordered is on my counter uneaten and I will not be back to this establishment. I hate when people lie to my face when caught acting badly.

My wife ordered through Ubereats, a Chaat Paapri and a Chicken apakora, she received a small portion of Butter Chicken and 1 Naan.
My wife called the store to let then know they might’ve packed someone else’s order by mistake and for it to be rectified, my wife offered to pick up the food.
The female employee in a very rude tone demanded my wife bring back the food she got and pickup the correct order.
Why would the customer be on the hook to spend time, energy and burn gas to pick up food that she paid for ?
But the tone and the rudeness is what justifies us in never doing business, nor recommending a poor establishment as this.
If customer service and etiquette isn’t their priority, might as well close up shop before they go outta business.
I would’ve given this place a negative 5 star review if I could. Absolute trash service.

I ordered from delight Bite sweet & chat through Uber Eats and was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and flavorful everything was. The chole bhature arrived warm, soft, and not greasy at all—just the way it should be. Dal makhni and naan was well-marinated and cooked to perfection. Packaging was neat, and nothing leaked in transit. They even included cutlery and napkins, which was thoughtful.
Delivery was on time, and everything tasted homemade and authentic. Definitely one of the best vegetarian Indian meals I’ve had delivered in a while. I’ll be ordering again soon!
