Very disappointed! I was excited to go to this Italian restaurant that looked authentic but I left so disappointed. We took a lasagna and the pasta with salsiccia picante. When I saw the plates arrived after 5min, I already knew it was not going to be good. The lasagna was just a ton of lasagna and meat. The flavor was ok but it was dry and so boring. The parmigiano was not good quality, I would expect something more wet and creamy. The other plate, the first thing I tasted was the powder garlic. It was ok but really nothing special. I feel like I wasted my money. Honestly not a good experience at all. Pizza might be a better bet!

I tried this Italian restaurant recently and it was a decent experience overall. The food had good flavors and tasted authentic! I especially enjoyed the carbonara, which had a nice, traditional taste. We also tried the tagliatelle in bolognese sauce and can say it was very flavorful. The Margherita pizza was another highlight, simple and authentic the way it should be.

That said, I was a little disappointed with the pasta itself. It didn’t seem freshly homemade, and I think using handmade pasta would have really elevated the dishes. The portion sizes for the pasta were also on the smaller side.

Nevertheless, the staff were nice and accommodating! The service was fast, and the modern ambiance made for a pleasant dining atmosphere.

Overall, good flavors and authentic touches, but a few areas like the pasta quality and portion sizes leave room for improvement.

quite possibly the best pizza i've ever had. we ordered 3 pizzas to share between 2 people and ended up having a full pizza box left over to take home. our fave was the gamberetti salami but the award winning borschetti and modenese were amazing as well 😋 each pizza's toppings were in perfect balance of flavours!! definitely want to go back to try the others!

Having dined here for the first time, I found the entire experience, from the cuisine to the service provided by the staff, to be truly delightful. I would certainly recommend it to others.

Pizzas were really delicious. However, I ordered 4 days ahead to pick up the pizzas for an event when I got there upon the agreed time the pizzas were not ready and the instructions for the order where not followed, we had to delay our schedule while waiting for the pizzas. Overall, great pizza in flavor and quality. Maybe I was just unlucky with my order.

I have been in multiple great pizza places, but Doppio Zero Pizza was beyond all my expectations! The staff is super friendly, professional and welcoming, the atmosphere is incredibly inviting, the price is very fair e the quality of the food is surreal! Super delicious! The different options of combination of flavors that the menu offers go beyond imagination! It is definitely an authentic Italian restaurant and pizza place. The dessert (I tasted the tiramisu) was the most delicious I ever had! Doppio Zero Pizza became my favorite pizza place and Italian restaurant. What an amazing experience and explosion of flavors! I highly recommend. Thank you for this excellent experience!

Nice atmosphere, lovely servers. With that said, haven’t been this disappointed with Italian food at a restaurant in a while and writing this review to hopefully help someone else out. Ordered 2 pasta dishes, both tasted very basic and lacked in flavour and honestly I’ve had jarred pasta sauce that was the same if not better. Portion size was also very small which made the lack of flavour harder to accept. This tiny bowl of flavourless pasta for $27-30+ was an unfortunate when there are so many better Italian restaurants in the lower mainland. Perhaps the pizza is better?

Everything was amazing! The prosciutto and burrata were incredibly fresh, and the tagliere di crudo was full of flavor. We loved the cherry mimosa and Lambrusco’s spritz—perfect drinks for the occasion. Great food, drinks, and atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

Awful pizzas! Ordered to be delivered at home.

I have never in my whole life experienced a crust that is so CHEWY that you cannot cut it / slice it and chews like a half cooked cheap beef roast. It came unsliced and now I know why. Almost impossible to slice it by using a pizza cutter. Avoid!

Then the capocollo ... It was RAW. If on a pizza I expect to be a little bit touched by heat /fire. It was like they dropped those slices at the end of the cooking process.

If I would want raw capocollo I would go and buy it from grocery stores not from a pizza place... so this was chewy as well. Awful.

The taste. How about use any kind of pizza sauce because any would be better than yours. On top of that it was salty.

One star is too much. Sorry for the brutal honesty.
