Was curious about the restaurant as I’ve never been and I pass by everyday. Needless to say the experience and food was great, staff was very welcoming, our server Julya was very helpful and understanding despite the restaurant being pretty busy. Came in again with my hubby for Happy hour! We were served by Heather! She was friendly, and helpful :) They have the best staff, IMO. We had the chicken lettuce wraps, beef quesadillas, and truffle parm fries!! The dip for the fries was so yummy as well :) Hubby had 2 margaritas, which he enjoyed to the fullest. And we had the choco framboise for dessert - and it was so rich and delish! Definitely a hidden gem of a place! We love coming here :)

Great food, super amazing staff and stunning views. This place offers a good selection of drinks and an easy menu to choose from. The food is of good quality and the prices are reasonable. I had such a wonderful experience at Jess Fine’s restaurant it’s now one of my favorite spots! The location is perfect next to a golf course, and the menu is affordable, which I love. But the absolute highlight was my waitress, Taylen. She was fast, friendly, and so kind. She didn’t forget a single thing, and her service made the whole experience amazing. Taylen truly made my day she’s the best waitress I’ve ever had in my life. Honestly, she deserves a raise she’s that good!

One of our fav local spots with delicious food & drink options along with a stellar view whether on the patio or inside the restaurant. Service this evening was prompt and friendly from Natasha and other staff, and we were pleased with our food choices with me having their tasty bacon cheddar burger to go with my margarita, and the better half having their delicious Cobb salad. Appreciate y’all!

Breakfast for 11
We came to Jess' Fine Restaurant for a birthday breakfast with a group of 11 people. Our reservation was for 9, as 2 people weren’t sure if they could attend, but the staff was accommodating and quickly adjusted our seating when we asked to move closer to the window for a better view. The food itself was tasty, the portions were generous, and the tableware (coffee cups, cutlery) was above average and appealing to the eye.
Unfortunately, the service experience left much to be desired and significantly impacted our celebration.
The service felt inexperienced from the start. After taking our orders, the wait for food was extremely long. We arrived at 10:00 AM, and the first plate—requested early for my daughter who had to leave for work—did not arrive until 11:05. The rest of the table began receiving food around 11:10–11:15, and some people still hadn’t been served until most of us had already finished eating. Three meals arrived so late that the people receiving them ended up eating alone.
On top of the delays, orders were mixed up and there was clear confusion about who had ordered what. The server didn’t seem to have kept track and had to ask repeatedly which dish belonged to whom. This became a problem because some meals were similar but had different meat choices (bacon, sausage, chorizo, bangers). For example, my father ordered the Canadian breakfast with bangers but was served bacon instead. One dish arrived that no one had ordered at all (eggs benedict with salmon), and we had to wait again for the correct order to be made.
It was also clear that our server lacked familiarity with the menu—several times she had to run to ask her supervisor questions about menu items or how they were served. This was disappointing for a special occasion, especially with a large party, where efficiency and confidence are important.
The combination of long delays, incorrect orders, and lack of menu knowledge made what should have been a joyful birthday celebration frustrating and rushed—especially as my daughter had to leave before eating with us. While the food quality was good, the poor service unfortunately overshadowed the positives.
